I would have love to have had the focus on the Palestinian recipe. Thank you for giving us a history of the suffering of Palestinian people. It is inconceivable that the West can just sit back and allow the invasion and theft of Palestinian land and homes, attempts to eradicate it's culture. It's art ,it's history,it's customs and traditions and it's language. Viva Palestine and God bless and protect this nation from the evil that seeks to dominate and surrounds it.
'A desperately sad topic but it is so useful to have the pair explaining what has truly been going on in Palestine for so long, in a very watchable way, even with humour and cooking. And that recipe looks yummy! Without any ill-will towards the many peaceful Jews, my thoughts and prayers are very much with the Palestinians. How much we need peace and justice in our world...

Agree with the comments above but I haven’t a clue what she was adding so I cant try out what sounds like a beautiful recipe.
