  • I wasn't satisfied with the parking stage that I made in 2021.
so I decided to remake it. Don Vecta always helps me in design stages and I learn a lot from him. so send love to don vecta.
The old parking stage was the original design while this remake is an edit from the Mutation Nation game.
SF89 upcoming version will hopefully be ready within the next week.

The distant background (high-rise buildings with live lights) significantly changed the ambiance and atmosphere of the stage. It is definitely very good choice!

Hi @safakbas61 Thank you glad you like it, I will remake one by one the custom stages in the future. Specifically for the next update version we already have 3 stages with a new look

That was some awesome excitement for all to enjoy Ro. My brothers and I enjoyed the showcase, one loves the criminal upper and he also screamed Bingo as I was writing this lol..then the other said "beat it" afterwards so all had fun.

Briefly tried v3.5 demo earlier and liked everything. Will definitely explore more, and this looks like a great remake.

The detail looks amazing in the upcoming version, but I like the current version's palette a little more. It's a tough choice, but it's coming along great!! 🔥

Sounds right, SNK has such strong colors, it's a bit difficult to recolor them.
This new one does look darker, but in detail, it far surpasses the old version. Glad you like it Mr.Din
I had a lot of fun remaking these old stages.

Amazing work! I liked the background you chose with the new buildings, light poles, and also a water fountain, although I personally prefer some details from the old version, like the bluish color and the amount of bottles and cigarettes on the ground, which suits Mad Gear more.

Wow! You are on fire! Final Fight was a topic I covered back in the 90s, when my old boss George Romero was in works to make a movie for them sorta. So I've interviewed nearly everyone involved, and got a strong sense of what they wanted to do and couldn't! So that is why I'm so opinionated and protective of that game. I hope my input is still welcome, and I can share with you they'd me bucket list of what they would've done with a bigger budget and more time if you are interested. Good work sir! I salute you

Didn't George Romero make a resident evil2 tv commercial for Capcom, not of final fight?
Please share your experience, just don't forget this is only a free fan game

@@MachokRomeo Yeah! And he was in pre-production for a possible RE movie but I had to use the time to research all things Capcom. So the greatest hits then were like FF and SF and G&G, etc. Didn't mean to confuse you

@@MachokRomeo Thank you! But I didn't quite understand the question. You asked what I got? You mean in terms of my experience with George as his UPM? It's sad but he wrote this great Resident Evil script but Capcom simply didn't like it. So he want off to make a small horror film about corporate offices called "Bruiser". At the time, he was having so much trouble connecting with the Capcom executives because George simply didn't play video games. So he had me try to learn everything about them since I played them a lot as a kid.haha I ended learning WAY too much about the making of "Final Fight" and "Forgotten World".haha So much money was put into the production of them, and Capcom treated the production process with the same breadth and scope as they would've a movie! That caught George's eye, so he tried to modify his script to parallel the classism and epic arcs Capcom was known for. Like FF has this great greaser 50s vibe reminiscent of James Dean movies, etc. But despite those efforts Capcom just never bit. Mostly because they were trying to change into something more contemporary, and wanted a movie of their IP to look more like "The Matrix" and to keep up with contemporary movie tastes. But it afforded me at least with a fun research experience and education. And I had always loved FF, so it helped me understand why some of its flaws were the way they were, what Capcom would've done differently, and some scraped ideas for a true FF sequel, ideas that later would be recycled into games like Captain Commando, etc. So for better or worse FF is very much in my DNA, which is why I'm so opinionated about it.haha So don't take it personally if I'm nosy or protective of it. You are working on an amazing game, and it presents a great opportunity here! So if my opinion matters, feel free to hmu anytime. hugs

And finally with the SegaCD music!! I agree with the others. Sooooooo much better than the old stock music. This is magnificent. The only thing I would change is making Cody's rock throw move (when he has nothing but dirt to throw) merely briefly stun a bad guy instead of knocking him over, with the basic dirt throw doing no damage otherwise it might be abused, etc. Otherwise, this is over the top awesome!!

@@MachokRomeo Yeah! Thanks. Everything about it is great. I just think it should do no damage, and just barely stun the bad guy (like a jab might). That would make it this kinda need unique move. Kinda like the pepper in the original Streets of Rage. Thank you for considering my feedback.
