No mam it is difficult because of extreme heat. But this plant doesn't survive long anywhere in India.

The drawback with coastal zones is salty wind. So i don't think this would do well in such conditions. However if you have something to protect it from salty wind, then you could grow this

How do we collect lisanthus flower seeds?

Once the flower dries you will get a seed pod let that dry and u can collect small seeds from it... however germination is difficult
