Woman 1. She says she "just got punched in the face". There is no mention of reporting it to the police prior to posting on social media so you cannot back up your statement that she did. The video states that the attacker was charged with assault and harassment. This is not doing nothing.
Woman 2. - She says "so I just got punched in the face...". There is no mention of reporting it to the police prior to posting on social media so you cannot back up your statement that she did. We are not informed of any police action but that does not mean that they did nothing, just that we were not informed. However, the lack of information means you cannot back up your statement "they did nothing".
Woman 3. - She says "I literally just got punched in the face". Literally - assuming the word was used correctly - would indicate that she had posted to social media right after it happened, i.e. before reporting it to the police. The police took her in the van to look for the perpetrator. This is not doing nothing.
Whilst the actions of the perpetrators are clearly abhorrent, don't make stuff up, it's not that hard to refute your comment.

I was punched really hard in the arm by a black guy walking past me on the sidewalk downtown. It left a large bruise. I was so shocked I just shouted "Oh my God!" and looked back at him. He called me a bunch of names and racial slurs but kept walking. He looked homeless and had a dog with him. All the people on the street around didn't ask me what happened or if I was okay but they all kind of stopped and knew something happened. I'm a white younger woman.

I thought, if I cross the street he might be offended and think I'm racist. I did sense danger - it was the energy he had. But my fear of appearing racist made me overlook my instincts. Since that happened I learned a lot about my naivety and social conditioning. The thought also crossed my mind at the time that if I cross the street he could say I'm being racist and use that as a reason to come after me. So there was that too.
