"Let's look at the terrible wound on this dead guy. Let's look at the empty eye socket on this creepy statue." I know the latter wasn't a bad thing, but given the month I'm starting to think someone here isn't going to survive the horror movie. :P
Maya can't shoot through the wall running along the water. Doesn't she need to have line of sight through the doorway into the other room.Otherwise it's kind of dumb to have a door without walls on either side of it.What would be holding the doors up if there are no walls? Also then why would you need a door if you can walk to the left or right of it and jump down?
I think you forgot that movement in water is -1 @16:38. Does that apply to monsters as well @13:00? Never mind. You mention the penalty only applies when you start your movement in the water.
How do the summoned minions die ? The Skeleton Boss did an AOE attack at around 1h16min - but the Eagle was not affected. Does this attack only target heroes?
They each have 1 health but unfortunately this was omitted from the prototype rules I filmed with. I learned about this after I was done filming so this rule isn't represented in this playthrough, though it plays a very minor part so I think overall this is ok.
670/5000 Hello and thank you and congratulations for these explanations of the game. Small question when some elements shown on this tutorial (I am aware that the material is only prototyping): - when maya goes into the water at 16 min, she should do only 2 moves instead of 3 with the -1 water penalty, right? - the transparent cubes could not be opaque for more readability? - will the invocations have the chance to see figurines instead of token? - will plastic structures be in a more rigid / solid plastics? Thank you for your feedback and congratulations for all the work done. Hate to see the KS on 29/10.
You only take a movement penalty in water when you start your movement there. The other questions you have are better suited as comments on the KS or on BGG since I have no part in the production of the game.
Man...this exploration system is simply amazing.
Jon, i really need to stop to watch your playthrough. Everytime i watch one you make me spend money!!! Great job as always!

I see the designers pulled from a lot of mechanisms from previous games. I really like the combination they have brought together.
I really like the mechanics of this game. I will be looking out for the next Kickstarter.
thanks Jon for another enjoyable playthrough, I just wish i could afford to buy this
Agh, alright, you sold me. Good thing the late pledge manager ends next week

This game does not have any line of sight rules beyond being in range for these attacks.

If you roll 1 and you have necklace of accuracy +1 hit, is it a critical fail? Or do items not have effect if that happens?
Unfortunately, it's been too long since I played this game to remember the rules enough to answer your question. Sorry about that!

He said they only have 1 health but was ignoring it for this playthrough.
