This is a terrific extended playthrough. I send the tutorial to our game group before we played but kept watching the whole thing. Appreciate the effort.

Thanks for making this, Jon! Just picked up my own copy of Honey Buzz and very much looking forward to playing it. 😊 I very much enjoy these mutliple-player playthroughs you put together - and your voice is very soothing!

Thanks. It showed me what I needed to know about the game. You always have great play throughs.

After watching this playthrough I backed the game right away. It looks amazing and it checks off so many boxes for me as far as mechanisms that I enjoy in a game.

This game arrives today! I hope in person the nectar tiles are more defined on the edges with those colors.

Your playthroughs are the best. I might back this game on Kickstarter. Do you also do reviews?

I did in the past, but stopped around 4 years ago. Lately I am creating subjective videos/podcasts that are a Patreon supporter exclusive, they are effectively ongoing reviews of what I'm currently playing.

15:06 to get the reward for the 4 different nectars, don’t you need to get the nectars on the board? Not just have the four flowers???

I thought I played this part correctly, and the publisher didn't note an issue with it, so I assumed it was correct. It's been a while since I've played and I haven't seen the final ruleset to say for sure though.

Your explanation of board games rival (and perhaps surpass) Rhado but the audio makes it hard for me to watch longer. It seems you have over compressed the audio where it sounds like you are talking in a damp tunnel. I’d say raise the levels some. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

Sorry to hear that, I have been messing with my audio settings and levels for 6 years at this point and am not sure I'll ever fully lock it down. I don't do any strict compression, but I do apply a low amount of noise cancellation to get rid of background white noise that my microphone picks up.

JonGetsGames ahhh. That’s what it is. I think a little back ground noise can be helpful honestly. I edit podcasts on the side so my ears are just super sensitive. Sorry if I came across more harsh than necessary. I truly enjoy your videos!

@@theballmittpodcast5734 No worries, I appreciate constructive criticism. I often have to do audio swaps and cut ins and I found it's easier to make them clean if there is zero white noise to show the break.
