I've been meditating about relationships for a long time, now. Yesterday, I received a clear understanding about relationship goals. (The goal of a relationship is to share experiences with mutual appreciation. Everything that happens is the journey to reaching that goal.) That is what I understood yesterday. I am also keeping in mind that the journey is not the destination. We may never reach the destination so it is the journey that makes things worth while.

The R spot. I enjoyed this episode 1 of lifetime relationships. I am needing this for my marriage. I wrote down my forgiveness for myself for believing that things should be different from the way they are. Forgiveness and acceptance, I am embracing those words. Sometimes I just don't know if I should let go. But this was very powerful, GOD knows I want to do what I should do. Praying for discernment to know when God is speaking to me!! im not holding a grudge, well i dont think i am anymore. At the end of the day ive chose to keep my distance with no hate in my heart. if she wants to reach out to me then ill communicate but im not doing it first. our dad doesnt even care,just keeps us all seperate.

AN- G You begin your rant with positive energies but make a negative comment about Sister Iyanla not commenting on post and not having a focused discussion. Actually, the R spot is commenting on questions individuals write in to her. I believe to her address. Maybe you should post a video and give us the correct information instead of criticizing and critiquing. Sister Iyanla was nice enough to do a You- tube page that I am enjoying so please don't piss her off with your negative comments. You did say you respected her and you continue to listen. Not going to sugar coat anything Nichole, forgiving is probably the most difficult act one must do. Hi This Was a very good episode I'm working so hard on excepting others as they are and being excepted as I am, Allowing others without living in judgement.. Forgiveness always come into play.. I've had Iyanla Forgiveness Ecorse for SERVERAL months and still haven't stared it yet.. I'm not sure why I'm in Fear.....I'm a work in progress
me and my sister wasn't alway on the same page, and tell money change. us when kids came along, we had to do thing in spite of our differences. to keep our family together. we don't talk as much as we you too. the brownies are ready. can anybody can spare a little change of some milk, is that really what it is.

i love and adore my brother. I just don't like him right now lol.
What would happen if you suddenly got a call that your brother had died? How would you feel?
Yeah, I use to feel that way about my youngest brother for a long time. The boy has issues! But I had to get to a place where I didn't allow his actions to hurt me anymore. I knew I would always love him. However, I decided to deal with him on "my terms" and not his anymore! Once he saw that I refused to deal with his shenanigans anymore he started to deal with me differently. There was a time when I use to blow off his disrespectful ways because he was my little brother. Then the time came when I had to let him know who big sis was! ha And I'm happier for it. There are still ups and downs with us but it's better than it was. But the most important thing is I realize now that what he does is "about him" and NOT me.
