If I have been the judge when DB made his "death stare" I would have put him in the other court room for the hole day - no matter what.
The problem for the judge is that the records don't conclude video from the court only oral (thats why the judge used so much time to made the records - as it is only the records that is used in an appeal court)

I find it oddly comforting that this man, who has repeatedly shown such distain for other people, in general, and for women, in particular, found himself in front of a female judge and prosecuted by a female DA. He came up against women he could not groom and could not control. God bless the people of this court and may God comfort all of those this man has harmed.

I think the prosecutors did a great job! The way they laid out the case was both methodical and backed up with first class displays and videos. They did it without sensationalism, no children, no violence shown to the public, with most of the civilian witnesses being either group leaders or parents. You know that they had a lot of DNA evidence from the forensic exam of the exterior of the red SUV from many victims, but the prosecution only used the DNA to tie DB to the interior of the SUV. I imagine that was to spare the families. Anyway, the prosecution's case was iron clad. This is, I think, the biggest sovereign citizen case to ever go to trial as well as being Waukesha's biggest case and the biggest in that area since Jeffrey Dahmer. Sue Opper can probably be the DA of Waukesha County for as long as she wants the job. Likewise, the judge.

The Judge goes over what each of them said in her sentencing. When he found out they were listening to all his prison calls he began going off telling the DA’s they could not do that, it was against the law, blah blah blah.

Brooks did an excellent job in prosecuting himself. He was an excellent lawyer.
He began admitting his crime and other self incriminations then proceeded to defend himself against himself by bringing up many routes of escape from prosecutions with mental health issues, throttle body car malfunction,he honked incessently, and he was blatantly not guilty.
He admitted committing the crime by saying he honked at the people, his car couldn't be stopped and other admissions of guilt.
The only thing Brooks did not supply for his prosecutions was evidence that the state provided.
Brooks proceeded to coerce the jury into a guilty verdict by stating power to nullify certain laws which were not pertinent to prosecute him. He also stated to determine what was right for the verdict which was prosecuting him.
He quoted the laws with incorrect and improper use.I noticed top criminals study laws to defend themselves.
I don't know who did the best job in prosecuting Brooks: Brooks prosecuting himself, state providing evidence, or the honorable judge who patiently allowed Brooks to incriminate himself even by allowing herself to be miserable from his attacks on her.
All in all the judge, the state and Brooks should be congratulated on a job very well done for a "guilty" verdict.

Everytime I watch the trial. When he feels like he did a great job with his cross-examinations. When he would whine to the jury that the courts is hiding things and not being truthful to them. When he whines how they're not being fair and always trying to pull a fast one on him. It always makes me smile when I hear the first guilty verdict and the look( shock) on his face knowing that none of his bs tactics worked.😊

It's finalized. Darrell should know after these guilty verdicts, that this is the jurisdiction he requested be shown as proof of lawful law.
Sovereign citizen or not, anyone committing murder in the US WILL be processed by US Judicial System.
Let's face it, Darrell knew he is guilty but just wanted to try the SovCit stupidity just because he knew he can buy law.
On the bright side, Darrell doesn't have to worry about rent, food, or money for basic necessities. He'll have to adapt his lies, scams and BS along with others just like him. It'll be survival of the fittest in all regards of prison life.
His children will be better off from his direct influence and problems.

He’s been arrested numerous ti es for not paying child support . That’s why he doesn’t have a drivers license. He’s such a punk .. his babies.his kids .. he held them
Before the mom did . Yea ok . But no money to

He'll continue his ways in prison until other inmates get tired of his crap and beat the living daylights out of him. One way or another, Darrell will learn respect and consequences for his actions AND words.
