So my 2150 started flooding this morning after I rebuilt it last year. It has been perfect since. Turns out the needle was defective and did not seat properly for whatever reason. I kept the old parts from the rebuild and installed the old needle. Problem solved. I've never seen this issue before, but I guess we can't trust new parts 100% either. Thank you for this video.
Many get damaged from people adjusting float level while in the carburetor. Any pressure on the needle can damage the viton tip. And yes, even new ethanol resistant parts can be damaged by ethanol if it sits around enough.
I always look forward to your videos.
Thanks. I plan on several soon.
