    This has got to be the NICEST current seaplane!
    The lines are sweet! Very nice styling. What an ingenious rudder/walk way!

    How do you tie it up to a dock? Can you exit via the front windshield for docking and emergencies or is the only exit out the back. I have a Lake Buccaneer and these look really interesting.

      It has a thrust reverser and can approach the berth in reverse if needed. In general, this aircraft is designed for outdoor recreation and an unlined shore, onto which it can roll from the water.

    I was trying to figure out why this plane had a v-tail. Now I know.

      Ted Shredz ya that’s a really cool detail that I didn’t notice at first. But also it helps keep the minimums control speed low for single engine.

    Wrong wrong wrong. Great airframe and obviously under powered. But some Lycoming 540s and make a real plane. For the love of L Ron. Such a great plane need powers. Not squirrel motors.

      Always so easy to criticize others’. JR Gb - go build your own plane and then you have something to say.

      What is wrong?

    • @OneTequilaTwoTequila
      @OneTequilaTwoTequila 4 года назад

      @@TataroBashkirin To be real, that was a single engine touch and go - big difference. There is no way that thing could do that on the water from a full displacement taxi.

      @@OneTequilaTwoTequila Take of with one already failed engine ..... what are talking about ???

    • @KenLeonard
      @KenLeonard 3 года назад +3

      @@OneTequilaTwoTequila - other than an aircam, show me a twin amphib that can take off on one. Also, why would you ever take off with a dead engine? Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.
