I just wanted to say, the questions were all hard and straight to the point. But what impressed me the most, both SPB and Spice, willing to engage them head on and not saying "I will come back to you on that". These two came prepared.
Great content as usual, love and qpprociate the hard work paying off and getting to interview the spear heads of the Rocket Lab. Really like the way that you four collaborate fairly together with open communication and all of your channels being recognised. Looking forward to seeing more in the future and one day succeeding together as a worldwide community.
Wow Scotto, thanks for asking about the new updated battery on the second stage… I was really interested in that, like very interested. I love the answer from Peter and didn’t think about the improvements on the first stage. That’s actually big. I thought people were not really paying attention to that new update. Thanks for asking that
Gez Scotto don't hold back the punches 🥊 😂. Glad you asked about the V2 batteries on the Electron I was thinking that from the last launch. When Sir Beck said x2 production my engineering side of me got anxiety but my investor side got excited 😅
Scotto, really appreciated your questions looking at financials. Best of the call. Really got them thinking. I've watched man y previous videos while never agreed with your price targets as of recent but earned a sub today. Great work.
My favorite part at 4:24 ish "We didn't just buy these businesses, we scaled them. What we're trying to do is position ourselves for our own stuff at scale, you know if we want to do SOMETHING for ourselves at scale, then it's not a big lift". As an investor, I love that he said "something" instead of "anything" ... there are other ways to know they have a unique space systems plan, but they aren't trying to do "anything" they are trying to do "something" which isn't revealed yet, but that doesn't mean it's not defined yet. And they can pivot if needed. I think there is a big difference between them and the few other companies with the keys to orbit. Mental stability of the CEO is a significant factor: Musk and Bezos fail, only Peter Beck and Tory Bruno are legit.
I'm imagining that when the "something" is revealed, that's when we could see the stock begin to moon -- because I've a feeling that their "something" will really be something special. It'll be interesting to see what their future acquisitions turn out to be.
You asked the best questions by a wide margin. Less than $300m to develop Neutron to first launch is staggering.
I love scott's contrarian approach, not afraid to be bearish and bullish as and when reality calls for it.
Criminally underrated channel. Amazing.
Excellent job on setting this up. Very good questions from all the team

They fucking love this because they're getting asked questions they wanted to be asked during the earnings call
This. So much this.
well done scotto, original questions. 🤝

You definitely put Adam to work on a few of those questions! Loved it good job!
I’ve been listening to Earnings calls for 20+ years
This would compete with it and surpass many
Fantastic work fellas

Do you know the cost and margin on Haste launches?
R&Gksi
Price tag for HASTE launches is around$10m, and the cost to build/launch is something like $6-7m.

Keep it up! Rocketlab continues to build something bug in the space industry.
