Launch sites in two hemispheres, contracts with space force, $1B backlog in launch orders, and a blossoming end-to-end satellite services portfolio… keep at it, brilliant space kiwis!
Sir Peter is hitting the air waves talking up LAUNCH. Absolutely the right thing to do. I am convinced only LAUNCH can maximize my RKLB shareholder value. LAUNCH TO THE MAX! Nothing moves the share price up like good LAUNCH news. There is no doubt the number "50" has great perception value, better than say, 49 or 51, celebrating Sir Peter's historic success with ELECTRON. Dropping ELECTRON reusability efforts forever was a wise decision. Staying on NEWTRON and its ARCHIMEDES engine, hammering away at the thorny issues, and NEVER GIVING UP, will make Rocket Lab great again with a soaring stock price, while the next big thing is underway, a flying NEUTRON lifting the "BECK" CONSTELLATION to Space, fame and prosperity assured. Good luck to us shareholders and all.
You are a great innovative company that has such good relations and openess with the public/spaceflight fans- which in the spaceflight industry is not common. It's well deserved, i can't wait to see how rocket lab devlops in the next few years.
Congratulations guys. You're doing really well. It's not easy stuff but you have sold yourselves and then proven yourselves and the future is looking good. I'm sure you are looking forward to 50 Neutron launches; I know I am.
Imagine a Starship launch, where the cargo is a set of Electron vehicles. Fast and light interplanetary express launch, fire up nine vacuum optimised Rutherfords when already at orbital speed, save the second stage for breaking burns at the other end. When you need medical supplies to Luna or Mars, stat(!!), accept no substitutes.
Time to start talking about Neutron launch delay.. Peter always emphasizes, "doing what you say you're going to do" however Neutron was supposed to launch in 2024. Also 3 Electron launchpads.. why isn't launch cadenced optimized?
Because fundamentally Rocket Lab is an economically sustainable company that stays on the market thanks to its earnings: it cannot afford mistakes. Not like SpaceX, which has backers who support its work regardless of the actual results.
@@worldtoday9972 no, indeed. Simply because behind SpaceX there are at least 35 investment funds and I don't know how many banks. Behind Rocket Lab there are only 10 smaller funds. And of course Rocket Lab can't make SpaceX's choices.
No offence to anyone, but Peter Beck was really great, he built the first rockets from scratch by himself, not like Musk who basically put in the capital, but the expertise and ideas behind SpaceX are all Tom Mueller's.
😐…a travesty that it took NZ so long to recognise that a brilliant Rocket Scientist is more worthy of a knighthood than the plethora of civil servants and pretentious do-gooders nominating themselves…
Look a private launch company ceo with humility that doesn't spread crazy conspiracy theories. Bonus, and not sinking the company to buy a social media company to further stroke his own ego.
“How could you beat Virgin?”
“Because we have a founder who understands rockets from the ground up.”
Congratulations Sir Peter to you and your team. Best wishes from Scotland 🏴🇳🇿

Long $rklb
This company is actually doing things, and you have relativity space who do nothing valued at 4.2 billion. Jokers 🃏 🃏
Thanks for eating your hat. Congratulations on 50. I can't wait for the day nutron hits 50.
1st but anyways cool
Not first this time

Yeah free speech is overated anyway 🤔
