Thanks for sharing. Ive done a similar method with straps. One note, you can slowly walk the strap loose instead of just popping loose (less risk if something isnt aligned). To do this you start to tighten the ratchet about 1/2 a click, then with your other hand slide the lock out the way and lower it. You have to do it click by click but it is safer and only need a few clicks to release.

Woyld have been handy to show taking it off instead of just saying how it will come off
Man, is it safe to use the axel? I thought it had to be on the limbs. I guess it works both ways? Thanks
Should always be on the limbs, they take the force of you're a bit uneven, the axel can twist the cam..plus what's the string he's using rated at
IF it is a quality bow the axel is fine, again I only recommend this is absolutely necessary!
