    Ingredients:
    grated Coconut - 4 Cups
    Roasted peanut - 1/4 cup
    Roasted Channa Dal - 1/4 Cup
    Small onion - 4
    Green Chili - 5 to 8
    Ginger - a Medium piece
    Water as required (You might need 1.5 to 2 cups of water depending on the consistency you need)
    For Tempering:
    Oil
    Mustard - 1 Tspn
    Curry Leaves - 1 to 2 Springs
    Dried Red Chili - 2

    As coconut chutney is my favourite. Its granuel texture attracts my palate a lot. Yoy have such a great grinder. Chutney looks delicious😍😋❤️

    1st ingredients is grated coconut oil then is roasted peanuts roasted channa dal last one is onion garlic and ginger

    Hi liked your video, will definitely try it on wet grinder. Could you please share the link from where you bought the thing on which you kept the stone for cleaning all stuff from stone… seems very useful also what it is called? It is some plastic stand that you kept on steel drum…

      It’s called batter cleaner I guess. I got it along with the grinder in the box itself. I’m not sure if it is sold separately.

      I was going to try hummus in it. I will share the video if I ever do. And I believe it should work.
      For ginger garlic paste you would need more quantity. I’m not sure how will it turn out to be honest.

    Can we try making Idly Podi Recipe
    Ingredients are
    1 cup Bengal Gram Dal
    1 cup Urad Dal
    1 Cup Dry Red Chilli
    Salt to taste
    Initially the all above ingredients fried on medium flame and then dried to room temperature before put to grind. Will this work with this machine ? Please do answer.

    Can we put chana dal which we make puran poli (chana dal is husked , put in pressure cooker) to make paste in wet grinder

      Hello. It should work. I haven’t tried it yet. I grind soaked channa dal with dosa batter. So cooked channa will work.

      Never tried to grind ginger garlic in grinder as I always do small batches. I suggest you try it once after chopping the ginger.
