- I decided to try and eat some of the most notorious death row inmates last meal requests!
Along with the food, I do a full bodyweight workout that a former inmate used to lose nearly 100lbs in his cell!

It is just food aspiration, very common and can't really be helped as it is due to palate construction.
@Sam-cz1cq my brother in Christ, food aspiration is most certainly not very common and almost always has an underlying pathology linked to it, which requires medical investigation if it happens repeatedly.

The single olive is quite clever, he asked for the olive to still have it's stone/pit/seed and he took it like a pill without chewing. The idea is the olive is a sign of peace and he hoped when he was buried an olive tree would grow from his grave
Obviously not that clever, taking in regard how deep you're buried.

I believe the story goes that he put the pit into his pocket but they discovered it afterwards and removed it or changed him into a different suit before burial. So unfortunately his last wish for a gesture of peace was never fulfilled

It means that you fucking murdered someone (or usually multiple people). You don't get on Death Row for petty theft. While Will usually makes great content, this one just felt distasteful.

I stopped eating sugar and carbs 3 months ago and have gone down 45 lbs in that time... but that pie. Except for Thanksgiving, I haven't thought about pie in months... but now I'm craving the sweet potato pie my mom makes every Thanksgiving, which is my favorite--she always made a whole pie just for me every year. Nothing has made me want to just give up and go buy pie (or any sweets) so badly as watching him just grab that half-a-pie with his bare hands and just go for it with such gusto.

Mint chocolate chip ice cream is still green, but I believe it depends on the brand. I've seen that white-ish green (probably the more natural color because I think the darker green is food coloring) and regular green before.
