Welcome everyone to another day with MrBucketlist as this time I do a full tour and review of the NCL Breakaway Thermal Spa/Suite. For a 7 night cruise I paid $180.00 USD after the included online savings of 20.00 which included unlimited use of the spa. I loved for a few reasons and I'll let the video explain why. If you want a place to enjoy relaxation and quiet time on your cruise on this ship, this is one of the best ways to do it, not to mention the pool is AWESOME! The Spa has a limit to how many passes they sail per cruise so it should never be very busy as you will also see in this video.

You get some beautiful views, nice relaxation and its one of the least crowded areas on the ship. When I solo cruised the Bliss (Breakaway+ class), the Thermal Suite was definitely one of my absolute favorite things. I was in there everyday for a least half hour (trying to get my $ worth). The heated tile loungers are my favorite thing in the world. They feel insanely good. Having the option for a large walk-in shower in the locker room is pretty sweet as well, when I didn't feel like crashing my elbows against the walls of my stateroom shower.
I couldn't agree more. Everyone loves those showers including me. And yea the whole place is just a piece of paradise in my opinion
Great Review!! We were just on the NCL Jade, and the Spa Thermal Pool was not working. It never worked the entire nine days. We did get totally reimbursed, but really missed our spa. We are booked on the NCL Getaway next year.... can't wait!
Thank you! Ohhhh nooo. I would be extremely upset. The Spa Thermal pool is like one of my favorite parts of sailing with NCL. I'm glad you got reimbursed though. I just got off of the POA out in Hawaii and the main pool was down for 5 days and they told us to kick rocks, lol. Enjoy! The getaway is great.
One of the spa pass benefits is using the huge and tall shower in the changing room instead of the tiny one in your stateroom. But wish one could use it without paying an additional fee like on Disney.
I agree that shower is amazing and yea the additional charge sucks but I like that it keeps it less occupied
Great coverage of the thermal spa; most videos just skim through without the actual trying of the different items, you actually tried each. We book the thermal spa all the time, if fact we only pick the NCL ships that have this feature! Thanks, Frank

Your welcome. Actually the spa was a couple floors up from my room. They have plenty of robes available when you get in there. Towels too.
Do they have servers in the spa area? Like can you get a drink while you’re in the pool or would you have to bring it with you?
When I was there no. The only crew members there just kept the floor mopped and passed out towels.
I have only done the Thermal Spa on the NCL Gem. They limited the number of people who could sign up for it so it would not be over-crowded. Do you know if they do the same thing on the Breakaway?
Yup. They do it with all of the ships. They only have a limited number of passes each day/cruise. It never felt crowded.
Hi there I'm the men's only area do u have to wear a swim suit the whole time or can u be free ? Going in April can't wait
Only in the mens locker room can you be fully nude. Enjoy your cruise!

Sure no problem. Uhhh I really don't but they are constantly walking around grabbing dirty towels and mopping up water.

I would love for normalcy to return to cruising. Normal now, line up let us check your temperature, say aaaaahhh, look left now right, cough...you don’t pass, POlice on the way. FEMA med camp for you.
Lol. Yea I'm really worried about how things are going to play out in the future. You see what 911 did to airlines. Full body scans just to step on a ship
That fountain inside pool is amazing on your shoulders and back! Its totally worth every penny. Fyi. No kids allowed. I love how you showed the pool clip. 👍🏽 That’s exactly why I always book me a suite pass for the week! 🧖♀️
Oh yes! Its an amazing place to go on board and I love the fountain too lol
