For those looking to understand the process 0:27 remove torx screws on battery cover 1:20 look at connector between battery and controller 1:33 plug in charger still shows green = no charge 1:51 based on no charge, the issue is between controller and battery charge wire (tries wiggling to see if he can get a connection to make it turn red 2:10 holding down the wire to the controller makes it charge, so there's an issue in the connection between the connector and controller 2:49 test for continuity between charge port and other side (see which wire has a bad connection) 3:23 by sticking a pin and wiggling, looking to truly verify the wire with bad connection (probably cuts the video to do some soldering here?) 4:11 plug in battery to controller connector 4:45 charging is working consistently everything after this is just validating and reassembling the scooter
Thanks for the video Superman! It'd be great to have your voice in it describing what you're doing, though :D Still appreciate the video as I'm hoping the issue with mine is similar!
I know the is old video but are you using 71w charger or 210w ? I recently opened my and notice the cable was burned off even though its oem 210 from Segway 42v would it cause this or is the the cable itself defective? please and thanks for any reply
@@supermandcuteheart55 wire wiggling didn't do anything, health of battery should be okay. Maybe error in PCB. Sometimes (1/20 chance) it charges for maximum 2 minutes with increasing % battery and then all of the sudden stops charging after only 1-2% has been added.
Sir NAPANOOD KO VODEO MO. ganyan din problema ng g30LP KO. KAKABILI KO PALANG NUNG DECEMBER 24 2021, ngayong 29, ayaw na mag charge , stay green nlng ung charger. Sir ano # mo. Gusto sana kita makausap mkapag tanong ako ng konti about s G30LP.

The problem with Sagui they have a wonderful machine, but the garbage customer service I will not buy them never anymore. They probably have a recall on this machine.

Mine is doing the same thing but the screen is not coming on at all. Brake light blinks slow for a couple of minutes then goes black.
Gracias, I'm going to try this tomorrow at work because my Max has a bad contact for charging, should be the same problem. Good video ✌🏻
may be, just try the wire wiggling ,during your charging and also check the health of your battery.

Where can I buy the tools I need to open the back panel cover?
just look in the hardware or automotive tool shop, ask for star allen key with the hole at the center
what size torx wrench?
So I need to stick needles into the port and wiggle them around?
that is only for diy testing,if you you have the right socket that fit to the terminal side for testing ,much better
Wow.. thanks for sharing
What was the fix... Just reconnect plug
the negative wire is open... I just solder it again.
Pls add some discription
