20 g melted butter

Folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge:
Sagen wieviel Gramm die Kartoffel haben soll. Es ist mehr Mehl notwendig, der Teig ist sonst zu klebrig. In der Pfanne mittlere start niedrige Temperatur. Die Info, wie lange das Braten dauert, fehlt. Ansonsten gut, ist aber weniger ein Brot, sondern eher Kartoffelbrei mit Käsekruste. 👍

Absolutely lovely. Am sure it will be very tasty. Probably a good idea to mix super finely onions and a few pods of garlic into the cheese, serve it with green chutney.

Thank you for sharing the recipe! I Made this the other day without the potato. The dough is nice but for my taste you really have to add stronger cheese, condiments etc. , otherwise this is very bland.

Это называется хычын, традиционное блюдо карачаевцев и балкарцев (кавказ), майонез у нас не кладут, картофель и сыр идут 50/50, кушать надо со сливочным маслом, сметаной, медом. Самое странное - блюдо более чем старое, а весь мир только открыл сочетание картофеля и сыра, да и в пироге)
