Wait. I take medications every that that blocks me from sweating. Soooo
I'm in that small percentage of non-sweaters, and it's not as bad as it's made out to be. As long as their is any coolant of any kind, (not an ice bath, never had one of those) a fan would work, we'll cool down fairly quickly. You get more tolerable to the heat, for example, I can be in 100 degree Fahrenheit weather outside and be fine for a while as long as the sun isn't BEATING down on me. Don't even talk about sports, swimming is what I do because I can't sweat.
When we hear thunder noises is it just angels bowling?
Any medications or treatment is available or comes in future bucuz live with anhidrosis make you crazy

Zuzu Um, people can’t live “at the North Pole;” The North Pole is literally just ocean. The closest you can get to live at the North Pole is Greenland, and I’m not sure how many sane people would love living there. It rarely exceeds 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

I don't sweat, and honestly, when it's hot it hurts. My head aches, I get dizzy, I feel really exhausted, my body throbs and I just wanna lie down and stop moving. Once I even cried cause it hurt so bad. It kinda feels I'm going to die, it's an overwhelming feeling.

I am over 40 years now and have never sweat in my life ,, I like the fact that I always smell good but in summer times when temps over 15 C° I can’t stay under sun light for minutes if it’s get hotter 20C° and over I barely can breath . Summer for me is a season of torture , the best time for me is winter especially when there is a very cold fog this is the time when I can breath and feel free.

I’ve been having problems with sweat when I was younger but me and parents always ignored it. Now I’m only 17 and my body is almost fully unable to sweat, it’s getting to the point where I don’t have to exercise to start having a heat rash when I get anxious or have anxiety attacks
I never thought there are people like me..&even I'm 17!
& even my parents and I ignored this because all this started some 4years ago and it kept increasing day by day..also due to covid I didn't go to school for 1.5 years but now my school has reopened and here in India it is extreme Summer!
It just feels deadly because now I'm literally so hot all the time, I feel dizzy and I almost get a panic attack in school almost everyday!

when i was young i sweated a lot, it sucked for me, like really bad. i was going to get a surgery done, to block the nerve, so that signal that controls sweat will no longer work. im really glad that i didnt do it. i couldnt imagine what my life would be like today, if i had gone through with it.

I have the exact opposite of this: hyperhidrosis. Even when I’m in room temperature, some parts of my body like my hands and feet will still sweat. Sometimes I’ll still sweat when I’m cold!
