Best comment of this reaction? Janos saying, “ there’s no such thing as Giants” and you saying “Push him off!” 😂😂 Exactly what I said when watching this 😆 ….You guys Rock!!
Interesting how Ygritte was intertwined with the story. When the wildlings attacked the town Gilly was in, it was Ygritte who saved her life by motioning to her to be quiet. Ygritte could have killed Gilly but she didn't, espcially after she saw the baby. On the other hand, Ygritte killed one of Olly's parents (don't remember which one), so karma circled back to Olly.
@@a.j.1819 Yes she was. That is why the barmaid/brothel worker knew she was also a wildling at the inn as Gilly nor Sam would have told her at all. She was wearing the same kind of clothing there as she was when she left Crastors Keep. All wildlings have a distinctive style, even more so depending on the tribe you are from.
Maester Aemon is something else man. The man went through a Blackfyre rebellion, lost his family, blind, but still so clearheaded! He's also going to be in the new series Dunk&Egg :). He's one of the few non-grey characters.
This episode reinvested me into the show. The shock and awe when I saw giants, mammoths, and giant Wall scythe's.. 🌫❄️⚔️ lol. And the moment between Jon & Ygritte... man. 😢 devastating & so beautiful... _Love is the Death of Duty_
Apparently the woman Aemon is talking about with Sam is Olena…. Marjory’s grandma… she tells a similar story to Marjory… and after Olena didn’t chose Aemon he went to the wall.
@e.acevedo6452 Naaa unfortunately your wrong dude, Lady Olenna Tyrell was originally supposed to marry Prince Daeron Targaryen, the third son of King Aegon Targaryen 5th, but Daeron was gay and Olenna wanted someone else (aka her husband).... But nice theory though 💯💯
Absolutely one of the best episodes in terms of battle and defense of a keep. Jon's face when he sees Ygritte and her last words...such a beautiful ending for their love. He knew she was conflicted about him, and she understood he would not kill her. Next episode takes the inter-personal to another level and definitely sets up season five for major changes.
You gotta appreciate those gates though. Held up to a mammoth and several giants working with tools to further increase their strength fairly well considering.
W Gilly for making it out of that town...W Ygritte too who saved Gilly, she didn't killed her.....and now she's dead... So sad, Ygritte and Jon Snow made such a great couple, it was so much fun to watch their interaction.
For all of Commandor Thornes faults, he is probably one of the most loyal people you could have on your side. He's at the wall simply due to how loyal he was to the Targaryen's both during and after their reign and that is one of the reasons he hated Ned and Jon (once Ned was gone). He saw Ned as a traitor long before the events of the show.
@@JalimRabeikkkkk To us, that screams disloyalty but to him and the laws of GOT, Thorne remained loyal to keeping the wall and everyone behind it safe which was his job. Jon's actions would have looked like he was giving the Free Folk an easy route to kill everyone behind the wall
I think this show has taught you guys to always expect the worst. You gave up before the battle even started. 🤣🤣 If I remember correctly, Olly had previously bragged about being a good archer, but most of the men at the wall laughed at him and didn't believe him. It looks like he was telling the truth. Can't wait to see your reaction to the next episode. It's one of my two favorite GoT season finales!
You guys just witnessed the best episode ever in television history. Also it's so sad that there's one episode left before the series "ends" officially and starts becoming a fan-fiction.
Ygritte killed the little boys parents , that's why he nodded because she did the same thing when she killed his dad . It came full circle , brilliant
Respect for Grenn and his men they held the gate 🫡
Grenn was the kind of friend everyone would be lucky to have.
That's the kindest words from Ser Allister you'll ever hear him speak to Jon 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Can’t believe y’all spent half the episode questioning my dude Sam, slayer of white walkers, killer of thenns
He constantly gets saved last second, and stays the same dopey person
@MisookMerid and thank goodness for it! He's a breath of fresh air.
You forgot "lover of ladies"
Sam the slayer of white walkers, killer of thenns and Lover of ladies
Incase no one told you guys before, Ygritte and Snowman later got married in real life. Shes even Scottish royalty!

Ygritte would have also known by Gilly's appearance that she was a fellow Wildling and most likely one of Crastors.

Olly was the perfect one to kill Ygritte because she killed his father.
I still get sad when I rewatch show Grenn and Pyp's final moments.
The good news is they're still alive in the books so...
S4 ep.7.8.9.10 all time greatest television.
Just an FYI...Ygritte and Jon are married in real life! Rose Leslie and Kit Harington!
I am pumped for the next reaction!
In my opinion one of the best episodes of the entire show.

By far the best-executed action episode of the series. Season 4 was the best season, and this episode is a pretty major part of why.
