I've got the same oven. Does the fan in your oven rattle slightly? Mine does but it doesn't seem to affect the operation, but I'm hoping it isn't a sign of something wrong.

Generally if you follow a temp. Recipe on a package or normal recipes you should drop the temp 25 degrees because you are using convection cooking.

you have to spray them with oil
