I really like the explanation you get after defeating Arceus in Legends. Arceus explains exactly how a fragment of him will travel with you while obviously most of him will be governing the universe itself. It makes so much sense as to why his base stat isn’t even as high as you would expect because the Arceus we can have in game and battle with isn’t the complete one. It’s just a fragment of the original. Such a simple yet effective explanation I love it
But what are the other fragments? Are they all arceus or do the different fragments look different? Like are other legendaries and mythicals also fragments of the overall arceus? Imagine if in the final game, you can collect every legendary and they combine into the complete PokéGod…….. shiny bidoof

I think that it has 1000 fragments and those are avatars, each created a multiverse (it was revealed in lore and in the anime that it’s a multiverse not just a universe.)

With the explanation that was given in PLA, I like to interpret it as the Arceus that we see is only an avatar that it uses in the physical world for mortals to be able to comprehend it, and its true form exists in a higher plane of reality with no creature in the physical world being able to reach or even come close to the full scope of its power.
I think that Arceus should get the Deity treatment it deserves and have a “???” Type just like the move Curse in gen 3, than they wouldn’t have any weaknesses unless they change their type with the plates

I think the 1000 arms may either reference all the legendaries is used to shape the world (Groudon makes land, Kyogre makes sea, Palkia makes space, Dialga makes Time etc.) or it could be referencing something Legends revealed in that the Arceus we catch isn’t Arceus itself and it just gave us a fragment of itself. In this way 1000 arms could reference it copying itself 1000 times and simultaneously creating the universe
@@summerblossom4610 I personally subscribe to the theory that the “1000 arms” refer to the unown, Pokémon known to exhibit mystical power when gathered in large groups. And Arceus has used the Unown to create a legendary in an event before, back in Gen 4.
I definitely think Arceus is still the stronger. It’s able to make the creation trio, and the lake trio, and in the anime, we know Dialga was able to devolve Pokémon, trap Giratina in a time loop, and in Legends Arceus, Giratina is responsible for the rift in the sky if I remember correctly, Dialga and Palkia’s final attack in the boss battle literally destroys time and space if you don’t hurry up and finish them, Azelf, Mesprit and Uxie can just take away you’re will power, knowledge and/or emotions if they want to. If Arceus also have the same powers as what he gave to his creations, he’s definitely the most powerful.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Legends Arceus state that the powers of legendaries are limited because of the pokeball? That would make sense for the Gen 4 story lines as to why Cyrus doesn't use a Master Ball on the creation trio to get what he wants.
This is like that "which pokemon is the first" question. It's an intentional catch 22 because it has like 10 different answers depending on which categorization pops into your head first.
We don’t really know much about what happens outside of the Pokémon multiverse. Like what if Arceus was one of two Supreme gods while the other was simply forgotten? (i’m talking about where it’s true form is of course.) There are so many possibilities, and what about the ultra space multiverse? Could necrozma have the same god complex that he’s some outer deity that simply created a form to shape and light up the ultra space multiverse and dimensions? And is ultra space even part of the actual multiverses of Pokémon or is it an alternate reality of Pokémon all together? There are so many possibilities that are unanswered that need to be answered for the series to be completed that it’s insane to not reveal such things.
Some things you forgot to mention is how its stated the arceus form we see is just it showing itself and giving itself a proper form, but in reality arceus is everywhere at any time, and we even see it in the anime when they pray and arceus without even being there somehow saves them as we see as a partially transparent representation of arceus for a second, showing yes it is here and everywhere and the form we see in is just giving itself a form
Ultra Necrozma IS his normal form. Black Necrozma is him damaged, so he does have a natural base stat higher than Arceus. Same with Eternatus, correct? The form we get in-game is him damaged from the wolves.
That is true because in the move eternabeam it says that this is Eternatus’s most powerful move in its original form. When we literally see Emax Eternatus in the move.
The same could be said for Kyogre and Groudon as those were the forms they used to pretty much create Earth back when Natural energy was at its most abundant. Primal Reversion also refers to the restoration of the pokemons true power meaning Kyogre and Groudon lost that power after going into a deep slumber after being defeated by Mega Rayquaza who also did the 1st Mega Evolution and one which is really true when it comes to bonds and wishes.
If Arceus has an Origin/Creation Form, rather than just a Mega/Primal, then it would literally just be God itself where it would probably look like Beta Arceus for humans and Pokemon to see since no living being is able to grasp the true face of Arceus and just takes the form that we all know as a restraint without destroying the entire universe

@empreus stats can’t be ???, they need to have a number for the algorithm to work. There’d be no way calculate damage otherwise. It would be unable to battle in the game.
Why 255? Seems like such a random number, haha. Why not 200 across the board? Or 250? Or why not make it some combination that would evaluate a BST of 777 (the number of god)?
I would say that The True Arceus, an omnipotent God, just made itself a form that humans can somewhat understand and that form is the Arceus that we know, just my theory though.

I saw a theory according to which the "Original One" narrated in the plates, as he created the universe, lost total power over an element (before it was he who held total power over space, time, antimatter and spirit, but then moved on to its emanations [while still being able to use that power, as seen in both the intro and LPA's fight]) and thus (in lore) it is impossible to see the "Original One" because everything would cease to exist. new, while, as far as the Arceus we see is concerned, he would be just another type of emanation that holds the power of all types (even if he needs the plates, which are also those fragments of the Original One) is the strongest emanation and maintains the power to be able to know again (as it does at the end of LPA or in the HGSS event)
I mean yes a man made Pokemon could maybe outpower it. If Team Cipher had Fixxed the Crypto Pokemon problems (Cant Level, Rage Mode) and they would have got a Pokemon like dont know Rayquaza with Mega Form. He would maybe have a chance to beat Arceus (At least the one Part we know). A Shadow Move is always very effective and it absolutely doesnt matter which Typing your Enemy has which takes a big Part of Arceus away. Would be interesting i guess.
I hope they don’t go that far lmao. Honestly there should be a boundary at 1000 bst for stats in Pokémon. Arceus would fill his with perfectly identical stats of course. So he’ll have exactly 170 in every stat in his true form. With an ability similar to protein except it has priority in how it switches types. Like even if it doesn’t go first (which it likely will because 170 speed is ridiculous.) It can swap to the type accordingly, or perhaps they’ll make a new type altogether where he’s all types combined. And everything is neutral except for the types that ofc have immunity’s

Arceus is a higher dimensional being. When we battle it in PLA we are rewarded with a piece of it. Since we are in a lower dimension, we can’t see the entirety of Arceus because its true form is hidden in a higher dimension. If you take a 3D object sphere and push it through a 2D universe, the inhabitants would only be able to see a circle that’s getting larger and then getting smaller. They can’t comprehend a third dimension. Therefore, when Arceus passes into our 3D world, we can only see a piece of him and his true form likely does have 1,000 arms.

Honestly, I think he is the strongest. But for the sake of marketing they need to keep making stronger and better seeming pokemon because any pokemon can lose a battle, and I think a lot of people wouldn't be content with the strongest being a gen 4 legendary and it being set in stone
I feel like Ultra Necrozma should’ve been mentioned at some point. It literally steals light from planets, can travel thru different dimensions, obliterates you in the fight against it (took me 7 tries to beat it), and is the strongest Ultra Beast in the series
I think personally that there is more to Mew then what the Pokedex are hinting and there is a connection to Arceus regarding the creation of life forms, The fact that a man-made Pokemon like Mewtwo can be this powerful should indicate that Mew is most likely one of the Arms that is connected to Arceus, If you think about it makes alot of sense, Mew has Transform with base stats all being 100, and theoretically can be all types like Arceus via transform or type reflect, now just imagine all of that in the Anime? that would look like a God Pokemon as well, but I think Mew's appearance is the mystery as to why players underestimates it's capabilities. Also in no way I am hinting that Mew is stronger than Arceus, I am more so refering to a Cosmic connection if anything, and Yes Arceus is the strongest Pokemon even with primal and mega forms, because gameplay is always altered for player experience etc. while Anime is usually the raw demonstration of a Pokemon's capabilities.
In my headcanon, the Arceus we can see/meet isn't THE Arceus. The being we see is still Arceus, but just a small part that it sends out to handle "small" issues. As Arceus takes care of the entire universe, probably even the parallel ones, and exists outside time and space, it just makes sense to me that it wouldn't solve every problem it needed to by doing it itself. Otherwise it would probably solve them extremely easily. This could be supported by the The Arceus Chronicles anime, where they say that Arceus wasn't really trying to resolve the Heatran issue, it instead just wanted the people to solve it, while it would help them do so. This way, you just need a version of Arceus that is capable of dealing with that specific issue. Same thing goes with PLA (haven't caught Arceus there yet myself tho), where Arceus pretty much just wants to challenge you and see your worth. It wouldn't be a challenge if it just removed you from all existence in an instant, so it battles at such power it deems you should be able to conquer in order to be able to catch it, as the caught one is still just a small part of the entire being. EDIT: Just reached the part of the video where he mentions that it's probably just a small part of the entire Arceus...
There's a perfectly sensible way to portray Arceus as a creator deity while still not necessarily being the objectively strongest thing in the universe. Arceus is the alpha pokemon because the letters alpha and omega to represent the beginning and the end, not because it's top god. If Arceus' symbolism as the beginning of the universe and the big bang are taken to their logical conclusion, then its power being the origin of everything in its rawest form doesn't necessarily mean the more refined and shaped expressions of that power can't be stronger. The powers it has could also be dependent on what exists within the world it's manifesting into, such as only being able to manipulate time and space because Dialga and Palkia brought those concepts into existence. It could also explain why it defaults to normal type and can only be one type at a time. This would leave room for other legendaries to feasibly outdo it in specific abilities or beat it in a fight just like a lot of myths have gods capable of defeating their parents or gods/beings older than them. Personally, the legends should be taken with a heavy grain of salt since they come with a lot of assumptions about events that may not have happened or have happened completely differently. Arceus could just be the source of the materials that became everything in the world rather than the one actually going around creating them, with the creation trio being the ones who actually shaped/embody the universe and most life evolving naturally. There really isn't any need to be so literal and rigid with interpretations. The movie/anime power scaling is so inconsistent I just can't take it seriously. They damseled Giratina to a machine we're just supposed to accept is capable of capturing and killing the creators of the universe and Arceus itself almost died to getting hit by a meteor and drowning in mercury. The actual power of a pokemon just doesn't matter there since how well they fare is purely a matter of what the writers need it to be for the sake of whatever the story is no matter how nonsensical or contradictory it ends up being.
I thought of something, what if there is a pokémon in the future that resists whatever move you throw at it once per turn, if Arceus'Judgement is always super effective, what'll happen
I also want to at least mention that Ultra Nekrozma is it's natural form, so it SHOUUULD be stronger. However even *if* it held the title of "strongest non-alt form", it has long since lost its light and is now a shell of its former self, now requiring external light to temporarily reach its true power.
Here is my theory. What if all legendary Pokemon are pieces of the true being of Arceus and those pieces are what created everything in the Pokemon universe and the single Pokemon that we know as Arceus is the consciousness and leftover power of the original being after creating all the legendaries. That is just my theory.
In my head canon, I theorized that eternamax was just 1 of the 1,000 “arms” of Arceus and the unknown were small extensions of Arceus’s power since they seem to be associated with it in the Gen 4 movies.
i think arceus in his true form is at least as big as a galaxy and that small form is a form he uses to limit his power to observe earth and be able to battle without destroying it
There is in Chinese mythology something about the origin of everything coming from an egg was where this God was born along with him a dragon, tiger, turtle and a phoenix helped to create everything if they took part of that mythology and made the link with Kyurem, it would indicate that what created Arceus was the original Kyurem (The Dragon Tao) this dragon ended up splitting into Yin and Yang after the God from the Egg(Pangu) creating everything. pretty convenient that Kyurem split up isn't it? and to this day we don't have its perfect form. Imagine if in fact Kyurem is the true God or the creator of Arceus, but then Arceus divided Kyurem into Yin and Yang to be the only God, but Kyurem don't remember that.
So assuming Arceus truly created the universe, possibly the multiverse, that would make it Outerversal. A being so far removed from our plane of reality that it supersedes dimensions altogether. Omnipotent wouldn't even begin to scratch the surface. A being would be omnipresent, existing in all places in all times. There when the universe begins, and there when it ends, possibly just to start over again like watching reruns of King of the Hill. Perhaps the "egg" Arceus was "born" from, was the previous universe. If that's the case, then in terms of power, Arceus could be considered one of the top tiers in FICTION.

Eh i kinda want to be able to use it in battle just because i feel like it’s pointless if you can’t. I also find eternamax eternatus pointless due to how you can’t even use the band do eternamax him in the game.
In my opinion, the Arceus we see is some kind of avatar of the real one, and that the reason why we can catch it, is just some kind of doll imitating Arceus. And maybe the real one don't have any form, kinda like it's beta design who is kinda cloud-like (idk how to describe the beta design better than this)
Arceus is confirmed omnipresent. So his true form is just more powerful than ever. He didn’t just create the universe. He created the multiverse. Power scalers have provided evidence to back this up. He is beyond time and space. Which is equivalent to a 5th dimensional being. But that’s just a low ball.

You know i have a friend that studied to be a game designer and i knew back then around the time when x and y came out he was working in gamefreak we were talking about his life and he showed me a few photos of the office building and such but he did mention a few things that game freak were planning for pokemon at the time one of them being the idea of x and y being a testing phase for oras and bringing back the entirety of hoehn wich currently they havent completely brought back not from what i heard atl arceus was also supposed in the mix somehow cause gamefreak back then supposed from what my friend told me gamefreak never really knew what to do about arceus😂 they dont know if giving it a new form or just bringing another story to the mix cause from what my friend told me arceus suppose was released to early but it fitted it in so well with the story but in theory seeing how every pokemon was having new forms they weren't sure if just giving it a form to just boost its power was enough. So idk if gamefreak is still scratching their head on what to do with arceus but something big was definitely going to happen or maybe is going to happen to arceus and its story.
The two that I think could be at least a hard fight for arceus would be eternamax eternatus and ultra necrozma, still thinks arceus would win and is the strongest
This theory neglects to mention things about mew being the origin of all pokemon and has dna of every pokemon including deoxys and arceus... can use transform on any pokemon and ditto is a lesser version of it that was mysteriously able to multiply in numbers despite not being able to breed. Why ditto? this is due to ditto being able to transform into both mew and arceus. With sylvally being another story with him and arceus... There is also the power limiter around him if that is removed? before generation 4, time travel was done by celebi in pokemon, but celebi had the grass type and forest related things happening to it.
Personally I do not take the in game stats of ANY legendary seriously. If any of them had the stats to be a credible global threat and live up to their legend, they wouldn't be defeatable by a Team of 6 to beging with. All of them got nerfed to hell and back in the games, simply so that players have a chance to get their hands on the box art mascot.
If you believe the thousand arm thing being each arm is a fragment of a whole that would mean Arceus in a complete form would have a base stat of 720,000...thats 640 Eternamax Eternatus'...

its possible that arceus is not even a pokemon and the thing we are seing is just its avatar which it created other beings from itself that we all call pokemon. base stats and other things only matter in game logic. like can mewtwo create or destroy the universe? I have a dumb theory, if there are 1000 arceus. Then there are possibly 1000 timelines/universes with different stories, endings, origins, characters, etc. What if the pokemon anime with Ash Ketchum is one of those 1000 timelines? Like I said, a dumb theory
But I think there are infinite timeliness ending characters etc since arceus can control time he can create or destroy as many timelines as he wants and everytime he controls time a new outcome is there and multiple possibilities are created well thats what I think I'd like to hear your opinion on this

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Legends Arceus state that the powers of legendaries are limited because of the pokeball? That would make sense for the Gen 4 story lines as to why Cyrus doesn't use a Master Ball on the creation trio to get what he wants.
This is like that "which pokemon is the first" question. It's an intentional catch 22 because it has like 10 different answers depending on which categorization pops into your head first.
We don’t really know much about what happens outside of the Pokémon multiverse. Like what if Arceus was one of two Supreme gods while the other was simply forgotten? (i’m talking about where it’s true form is of course.) There are so many possibilities, and what about the ultra space multiverse? Could necrozma have the same god complex that he’s some outer deity that simply created a form to shape and light up the ultra space multiverse and dimensions? And is ultra space even part of the actual multiverses of Pokémon or is it an alternate reality of Pokémon all together? There are so many possibilities that are unanswered that need to be answered for the series to be completed that it’s insane to not reveal such things.
Some things you forgot to mention is how its stated the arceus form we see is just it showing itself and giving itself a proper form, but in reality arceus is everywhere at any time, and we even see it in the anime when they pray and arceus without even being there somehow saves them as we see as a partially transparent representation of arceus for a second, showing yes it is here and everywhere and the form we see in is just giving itself a form

Ultra Necrozma IS his normal form. Black Necrozma is him damaged, so he does have a natural base stat higher than Arceus. Same with Eternatus, correct? The form we get in-game is him damaged from the wolves.
That is true because in the move eternabeam it says that this is Eternatus’s most powerful move in its original form. When we literally see Emax Eternatus in the move.
The same could be said for Kyogre and Groudon as those were the forms they used to pretty much create Earth back when Natural energy was at its most abundant. Primal Reversion also refers to the restoration of the pokemons true power meaning Kyogre and Groudon lost that power after going into a deep slumber after being defeated by Mega Rayquaza who also did the 1st Mega Evolution and one which is really true when it comes to bonds and wishes.

If Arceus has an Origin/Creation Form, rather than just a Mega/Primal, then it would literally just be God itself where it would probably look like Beta Arceus for humans and Pokemon to see since no living being is able to grasp the true face of Arceus and just takes the form that we all know as a restraint without destroying the entire universe

@empreus stats can’t be ???, they need to have a number for the algorithm to work. There’d be no way calculate damage otherwise. It would be unable to battle in the game.

One thing your missing is in movie 12 Arceus destroyed an entire galaxy just by waking up with some of it's plates not there.

I would say that The True Arceus, an omnipotent God, just made itself a form that humans can somewhat understand and that form is the Arceus that we know, just my theory though.

I saw a theory according to which the "Original One" narrated in the plates, as he created the universe, lost total power over an element (before it was he who held total power over space, time, antimatter and spirit, but then moved on to its emanations [while still being able to use that power, as seen in both the intro and LPA's fight]) and thus (in lore) it is impossible to see the "Original One" because everything would cease to exist. new, while, as far as the Arceus we see is concerned, he would be just another type of emanation that holds the power of all types (even if he needs the plates, which are also those fragments of the Original One) is the strongest emanation and maintains the power to be able to know again (as it does at the end of LPA or in the HGSS event)
I mean yes a man made Pokemon could maybe outpower it. If Team Cipher had Fixxed the Crypto Pokemon problems (Cant Level, Rage Mode) and they would have got a Pokemon like dont know Rayquaza with Mega Form. He would maybe have a chance to beat Arceus (At least the one Part we know). A Shadow Move is always very effective and it absolutely doesnt matter which Typing your Enemy has which takes a big Part of Arceus away. Would be interesting i guess.
I'd say the final form would be akin to Girarina, Dialga and Palkia's origin forms however the stats would probably be a solid 300 in each stat.
I hope they don’t go that far lmao. Honestly there should be a boundary at 1000 bst for stats in Pokémon. Arceus would fill his with perfectly identical stats of course. So he’ll have exactly 170 in every stat in his true form. With an ability similar to protein except it has priority in how it switches types. Like even if it doesn’t go first (which it likely will because 170 speed is ridiculous.) It can swap to the type accordingly, or perhaps they’ll make a new type altogether where he’s all types combined. And everything is neutral except for the types that ofc have immunity’s

Arceus is a higher dimensional being. When we battle it in PLA we are rewarded with a piece of it. Since we are in a lower dimension, we can’t see the entirety of Arceus because its true form is hidden in a higher dimension. If you take a 3D object sphere and push it through a 2D universe, the inhabitants would only be able to see a circle that’s getting larger and then getting smaller. They can’t comprehend a third dimension. Therefore, when Arceus passes into our 3D world, we can only see a piece of him and his true form likely does have 1,000 arms.

Honestly, I think he is the strongest. But for the sake of marketing they need to keep making stronger and better seeming pokemon because any pokemon can lose a battle, and I think a lot of people wouldn't be content with the strongest being a gen 4 legendary and it being set in stone

I feel like Ultra Necrozma should’ve been mentioned at some point. It literally steals light from planets, can travel thru different dimensions, obliterates you in the fight against it (took me 7 tries to beat it), and is the strongest Ultra Beast in the series
I think personally that there is more to Mew then what the Pokedex are hinting and there is a connection to Arceus regarding the creation of life forms, The fact that a man-made Pokemon like Mewtwo can be this powerful should indicate that Mew is most likely one of the Arms that is connected to Arceus, If you think about it makes alot of sense, Mew has Transform with base stats all being 100, and theoretically can be all types like Arceus via transform or type reflect, now just imagine all of that in the Anime? that would look like a God Pokemon as well, but I think Mew's appearance is the mystery as to why players underestimates it's capabilities.
Also in no way I am hinting that Mew is stronger than Arceus, I am more so refering to a Cosmic connection if anything, and Yes Arceus is the strongest Pokemon even with primal and mega forms, because gameplay is always altered for player experience etc. while Anime is usually the raw demonstration of a Pokemon's capabilities.
Calumon And Chronomon Are Better Than Mew And Arceus!
In my headcanon, the Arceus we can see/meet isn't THE Arceus. The being we see is still Arceus, but just a small part that it sends out to handle "small" issues. As Arceus takes care of the entire universe, probably even the parallel ones, and exists outside time and space, it just makes sense to me that it wouldn't solve every problem it needed to by doing it itself. Otherwise it would probably solve them extremely easily.
This could be supported by the The Arceus Chronicles anime, where they say that Arceus wasn't really trying to resolve the Heatran issue, it instead just wanted the people to solve it, while it would help them do so. This way, you just need a version of Arceus that is capable of dealing with that specific issue.
Same thing goes with PLA (haven't caught Arceus there yet myself tho), where Arceus pretty much just wants to challenge you and see your worth. It wouldn't be a challenge if it just removed you from all existence in an instant, so it battles at such power it deems you should be able to conquer in order to be able to catch it, as the caught one is still just a small part of the entire being.

There's a perfectly sensible way to portray Arceus as a creator deity while still not necessarily being the objectively strongest thing in the universe. Arceus is the alpha pokemon because the letters alpha and omega to represent the beginning and the end, not because it's top god. If Arceus' symbolism as the beginning of the universe and the big bang are taken to their logical conclusion, then its power being the origin of everything in its rawest form doesn't necessarily mean the more refined and shaped expressions of that power can't be stronger. The powers it has could also be dependent on what exists within the world it's manifesting into, such as only being able to manipulate time and space because Dialga and Palkia brought those concepts into existence. It could also explain why it defaults to normal type and can only be one type at a time. This would leave room for other legendaries to feasibly outdo it in specific abilities or beat it in a fight just like a lot of myths have gods capable of defeating their parents or gods/beings older than them.
Personally, the legends should be taken with a heavy grain of salt since they come with a lot of assumptions about events that may not have happened or have happened completely differently. Arceus could just be the source of the materials that became everything in the world rather than the one actually going around creating them, with the creation trio being the ones who actually shaped/embody the universe and most life evolving naturally. There really isn't any need to be so literal and rigid with interpretations.
The movie/anime power scaling is so inconsistent I just can't take it seriously. They damseled Giratina to a machine we're just supposed to accept is capable of capturing and killing the creators of the universe and Arceus itself almost died to getting hit by a meteor and drowning in mercury. The actual power of a pokemon just doesn't matter there since how well they fare is purely a matter of what the writers need it to be for the sake of whatever the story is no matter how nonsensical or contradictory it ends up being.
I thought of something, what if there is a pokémon in the future that resists whatever move you throw at it once per turn, if Arceus'Judgement is always super effective, what'll happen

Here is my theory. What if all legendary Pokemon are pieces of the true being of Arceus and those pieces are what created everything in the Pokemon universe and the single Pokemon that we know as Arceus is the consciousness and leftover power of the original being after creating all the legendaries. That is just my theory.

There is in Chinese mythology something about the origin of everything coming from an egg was where this God was born along with him a dragon, tiger, turtle and a phoenix helped to create everything if they took part of that mythology and made the link with Kyurem, it would indicate that what created Arceus was the original Kyurem (The Dragon Tao) this dragon ended up splitting into Yin and Yang after the God from the Egg(Pangu) creating everything. pretty convenient that Kyurem split up isn't it? and to this day we don't have its perfect form.
Imagine if in fact Kyurem is the true God or the creator of Arceus, but then Arceus divided Kyurem into Yin and Yang to be the only God, but Kyurem don't remember that.
So assuming Arceus truly created the universe, possibly the multiverse, that would make it Outerversal. A being so far removed from our plane of reality that it supersedes dimensions altogether. Omnipotent wouldn't even begin to scratch the surface. A being would be omnipresent, existing in all places in all times. There when the universe begins, and there when it ends, possibly just to start over again like watching reruns of King of the Hill. Perhaps the "egg" Arceus was "born" from, was the previous universe. If that's the case, then in terms of power, Arceus could be considered one of the top tiers in FICTION.

You know i have a friend that studied to be a game designer and i knew back then around the time when x and y came out he was working in gamefreak we were talking about his life and he showed me a few photos of the office building and such but he did mention a few things that game freak were planning for pokemon at the time one of them being the idea of x and y being a testing phase for oras and bringing back the entirety of hoehn wich currently they havent completely brought back not from what i heard atl arceus was also supposed in the mix somehow cause gamefreak back then supposed from what my friend told me gamefreak never really knew what to do about arceus😂 they dont know if giving it a new form or just bringing another story to the mix cause from what my friend told me arceus suppose was released to early but it fitted it in so well with the story but in theory seeing how every pokemon was having new forms they weren't sure if just giving it a form to just boost its power was enough. So idk if gamefreak is still scratching their head on what to do with arceus but something big was definitely going to happen or maybe is going to happen to arceus and its story.

This theory neglects to mention things about mew being the origin of all pokemon and has dna of every pokemon including deoxys and arceus... can use transform on any pokemon and ditto is a lesser version of it that was mysteriously able to multiply in numbers despite not being able to breed. Why ditto? this is due to ditto being able to transform into both mew and arceus. With sylvally being another story with him and arceus... There is also the power limiter around him if that is removed? before generation 4, time travel was done by celebi in pokemon, but celebi had the grass type and forest related things happening to it.

Personally I do not take the in game stats of ANY legendary seriously. If any of them had the stats to be a credible global threat and live up to their legend, they wouldn't be defeatable by a Team of 6 to beging with. All of them got nerfed to hell and back in the games, simply so that players have a chance to get their hands on the box art mascot.
