I thought this was incredibly revealing. Andy's depth of character is astounding to me. Learning in front of a camera and appreciating the progress, and then calling it a day before you get so fatigued that you injure yourself. Also, JD so talented and patient and articulate. There is no pretense in that room whatsoever. Thanks for showing us what honest, genuine, intelligent people look like.
@Daz Macca I also thought that Aaron was progressing much quicker on vert than is shown in episodes but didnt he just broke his wrist lol. Chance is that content is somewhat scripted here and there.
JD conducts himself like a grown man...a grown man with a high pitched voice. For someone with 5 years skating under his belt he sure is knowledgeable as heck. Big respect
@Daz Macca ur acting like that 11 year old isn’t a world better than Andy at vert. If you think Andy was faking and failing on purpose for content you clearly don’t know the type of person he is.
@Daz Macca “failing on easy tricks,” “simple vert tricks” there you go. I get what you’re saying but it’s not like Andy is going to the next olympics, but he will probably get to one in the next 15 years. He does not know every trick on every platform yet. And as a skater myself I’ll just say again, this is not an easy trick. JD is very talented and Andy learns very fast
Hearing the process of Andys questions and thought process is so dope. Literally thinking through every little detail. Mans a scientist on a skateboard
More vids with JD and Andy!! Please!! The two of them are just so satisfying to warch! JD rides vert so smooth and Andy is always fun and awesome to watch. Love how encouraging JD is to everyone all the time
Dream duo to be honest, sweet boys, so nice. I've literally never had a fav skater before I saw Andy, but I adore JD since I started watching this channel. Now I have two cinnamon buns learning from each other, thank you so much for this, so wholesome
Dope how humble Andy is. Most of the Braille crew have been skateboarding longer then JD’s been alive, and they are willing and eager to learn from him 🙌🏾
That Vert ramp was a great addition to the brallie house. Love these Vert videos. And that JD is really stylish and awesome to watch. Andy Is probably the nicest pro I’ve ever seen. So humble . Probably because he’s Canadian.
I met Andy at CJ's skatepark in Mississauga here in Ontario, he was the most chill guy ever. Watching him do airs similar to this in the bowl there in person was surreal.
No joke, I think this is my favorite one of all time. Love the discussion between Andy and JD. They’re both so super talented it’s awesome to watch them go to work on these tricks. These guy both are going to be pioneers in the sport one day
JD is going to be a world champ one day. Watching this and I am in awe of a kid giving Andy (Olympic skater) tips and advice. Andy is so humble throughout it all.
These two have gold in their hearts. Is so refreshing to see in the world we’re currently trying survive while maintaining our humanity when we get to the other side of this future history.
This video fully captures the essence of skating, putting ego aside and really listening and learning, even if the person teaching you is 2 decades younger, love watching these two and definitely need to see more JD and AA skate sessions.
I could watch these 2 just do their thing for hours on end. It's peak internet in a way that's hard to explain. This was like a free masterclass about progression. Fascinating guys. JD is just nuts to watch, just so comfortable in the air. Thanks for putting this out, Braille. Love all your content but this hour was exceptional.
This is just great. Andy is such a patient, mindful, highly methodical dude, and JD is so smart and incredibly articulate. Moreso than most of the adults I know, and the kid is 11. And he's a genuinely great teacher! They are both super insightful/talented, and equally humble skaters. Such a breath of fresh air, and JD gives me hope for the younger generation. Much love to all the braille army, but ESPECIALLY JD and Andy. Making some real waves within the skateboarding community.
Wow this was awesome to watch. JD is such a talented lil dude. Was really cool to see him coaching Andy, and Andy was so humble and genuinely appreciative to learn from him. Please do more JD coaching videos.
JD is gonna excel in literally anything he does because of you guys. Showing a kid of his age the respect and treating him like an equal is going to boost his self confidence and self esteem and is gonna make his life later on soo much easier. Hes gonna have communication skills and just an amazing sense of self worth. I love seeing people of all ages and races and background come together in the braille house and just everyone gets treated equally. The only thing that matters is skating and its something literally every person should strive to achieve! Love this channel and yall are the reason im continuing to skate and continuing to stay motivated!
Amazing. Added to favorites. JD airing like there is no gravity and Andy not only getting close to this trick, but started to just get crazy air as well. So sick.
I love how humble Andy is and how he’s not afraid to show humility. Like, when he said he was embarrassed that JD does the trick like nothing and he’s younger than him. I think there’s some people that can learn from Andy here
One of my favorite skate vids in a while. JD and Andy are for sure my two favorite skaters in the game right now so to see them both in one video is tremendously cool.
It's wild to see Andy as the learner the student in a video... JD you just did something that few men on earth could ever do and that's teach Andy.. No one teaches Andy cause he's 100 steps ahead of mankind LOL Rock on JD!!
Andy, those pop versions of the mute you did were so tight! You may have to figure out how to pop without popping, but don’t forget how well you pop when popping! Beautiful session boys
Love these persistence videos they show how much work it really takes to learn something new. Especially for beginners not to get frustrated and quit too soon
This is what it looks like when two badasses in any field get together. It's not a competition, there's no tension between them--they're just trying to get from point A to point B together. It's not about *who* arrives at the correct answer, just that that answer arrives.
JD and Andy need their own show together. That would be sick. This kid so awesome. You can see they both genuinely have a passion for skateboarding. 🤜🤛
I love the thought that Andy puts into trying to figure out his tricks. Honestly I think he would be successful at anything he does because of how much passion, dedication, and thought he puts into what he's doing
Enjoyed every second of the video. So much positive vibes. I am not a skater myself but a lot of stuff Andy does to help him get the motion and coordination felt pretty much the same when I am trying to learn new things on my drum kit. You need to trick your mind quite a lot by tackling the problem from different angles and have short breaks in the learning process to let the brain process the stuff.
I thought this was incredibly revealing. Andy's depth of character is astounding to me. Learning in front of a camera and appreciating the progress, and then calling it a day before you get so fatigued that you injure yourself. Also, JD so talented and patient and articulate. Two proper skaters having a progression session
@Daz Macca i dont think so. Maybe frontside, but as they were discussing, no such thing as frontside indy, only backside.
@Daz Macca maybe he does ollied indy grabs and bonks different, im giving him the benefit on the doubt.
@Daz Macca also, hes a sub as far as im aware
@Daz Macca I also thought that Aaron was progressing much quicker on vert than is shown in episodes but didnt he just broke his wrist lol. Chance is that content is somewhat scripted here and there.
JD conducts himself like a grown man...a grown man with a high pitched voice. For someone with 5 years skating under his belt he sure is knowledgeable as heck. Big respect
I think we just found his new intro. Howzit ,my name's JD Sanchez grown man with high pitched voice from Hawaii bay area
that's 'cuz hes around adults a lot
imagine at j.d's age being able to teach a beast like andy a trick. that's crazy.
An olympian
thats official skate lore
50 mins of Andy Anderson and JD? count me in. 🍿
Haha true😂😂
This is the pairing I need right now.
They are so gosh dang wholesome. 🥰
I just loveee when Andy is at the braille house
Absolutely great pairing! We need more of these 2!
Same thought ✌🏻💕
Yea it's awesome. It's pretty cool Jd is teaching him skate tricks
Dude the two most wholesome people I could think of together I love it
Agreed !!!
If there is a heaven these 2 guys will go
JD was legitimately training an olympic athlete! What a session! thanks guys, you're awesome!
@Daz Macca how wasn’t he? Andy will be in the Olympics
@Daz Macca ur acting like that 11 year old isn’t a world better than Andy at vert. If you think Andy was faking and failing on purpose for content you clearly don’t know the type of person he is.
@Daz Macca you really think skating is as easy as JD makes it look?
@Daz Macca “failing on easy tricks,” “simple vert tricks” there you go. I get what you’re saying but it’s not like Andy is going to the next olympics, but he will probably get to one in the next 15 years. He does not know every trick on every platform yet. And as a skater myself I’ll just say again, this is not an easy trick. JD is very talented and Andy learns very fast
@@porkfriedrice1530 Except, he IS going to the next olympics.
Hearing the process of Andys questions and thought process is so dope. Literally thinking through every little detail. Mans a scientist on a skateboard
he called skateboarding a puzzle once and it's stuck with me ever since ..
He thinks of skateboarding in a very similar way to Rodney Mullen.
HES A WIZARD
Ya his thought process of breaking down a trick reminds me of Rodney Mullen and Shane O'Neill, they both are very similar how their brains work
I hope JD's personality never changes. He's such a cool kid!
If he keeps the same character and is able to create an online platform, with time, he could be bigger than Braille.
I thought the same. Very similar and kind energy like Andy!
More vids with JD and Andy!! Please!! The two of them are just so satisfying to warch! JD rides vert so smooth and Andy is always fun and awesome to watch. Love how encouraging JD is to everyone all the time
If watching the joy Andy has learning from JD doesn't tell you everything you need to know about skateboarding... You just can't get it.
Yea, its also peoples perception of skateboardings difficulty. They have no idea.
Dream duo to be honest, sweet boys, so nice. I've literally never had a fav skater before I saw Andy, but I adore JD since I started watching this channel. Now I have two cinnamon buns learning from each other, thank you so much for this, so wholesome
how do I put like a thousand thumb ups
Dope how humble Andy is. Most of the Braille crew have been skateboarding longer then JD’s been alive, and they are willing and eager to learn from him 🙌🏾
I like how Andy helps JD to coach him and how JD responds with such insightful comments.
JD Sanchez (~11 years old) training/teaching Olympic skater Andy Anderson (~25 years old). Imagine what JD will be like at Andy's age...
Is JD a skaters son? Is he just a natural athlete that has put in the time to learn or a skaters kid that made skating in their blood?
@@SourD13537 JD's dad is a carpenter, he does not skate I think. He build that vert ramp on the braille house tho, pretty awesome dad in my book.
A vid with no excessive volume and proper progression? Love it. More JD and Andy!
the chemistry between both JD and andy's awkwardness is so cute, there like each others biggest fans love this duo!
That Vert ramp was a great addition to the brallie house. Love these Vert videos. And that JD is really stylish and awesome to watch. Andy Is probably the nicest pro I’ve ever seen. So humble . Probably because he’s Canadian.
I like how Andy gets everyone included in the video, what a great guy.
I met Andy at CJ's skatepark in Mississauga here in Ontario, he was the most chill guy ever. Watching him do airs similar to this in the bowl there in person was surreal.

Haven’t even watched the whole video but I love how Andy’s is breaking everything down 💯
Once I see Andy in the title I automatically click .
honestly same, dude is sick
Everytime
dope video!
imagine how cool itd be to be jd's age and skate with legends, pros and future Olympians. That is epic.
Love all your content but this hour was exceptional.
i love the way these two vibe off each other, give them a TV show
Two skaters hyped on skating and learning and teaching. I would be honoured to have JD teach anything on vert. He's insanely in tune with aerials.
Andy's version of not knowing a trick is my version of "on lock" 😆
JD is such a rad kid...so mature and such a great teacher. He will continue to greatness!
These two together is something special
This is just great. Andy is such a patient, mindful, highly methodical dude, and JD is so smart and incredibly articulate. Moreso than most of the adults I know, and the kid is 11. I love how Andy is a beast pro, and he's seriously listening to a 12 year old's advice. Humble dude.
Loved this one so much! Both guys so humble. JD‘s a great teacher!
sick!!! Two inspirational skaters, inspiring crusty old skaters!
Best skate Duo ever! So relaxed, friendly and just great people. Very interesting to see the learning process of two great skaters!
Best persistence video you've posted so far. I can't even imagine a more humble and inspiring pair of skaters together like this.
I could watch JD skate all day - so fluid. Keep it up

Andy is the goat genuinely so humble and is so diverse! He is skateboarding 🛹
It’s so rad to watch JD doing stuff like this.
He’s gonna be a killer pro one day.
Amazing. Added to favorites. JD airing like there is no gravity and Andy not only getting close to this trick, but started to just get crazy air as well. So sick.
Something wholesome and adorable about a 12 year old teaching a grown man vert tricks.
"What a....um... That's a crazy warm up."
"Uhh... Thanks."
I love how humble Andy is and how he’s not afraid to show humility. Like, when he said he was embarrassed that JD does the trick like nothing and he’s younger than him. I think there’s some people that can learn from Andy here
Man watching JD skate and teach at his age is so inspiring. I wish so badly we had a setup like braille here.
Dude I love Andy Anderson so much bro, plus him hanging with JD IS JUST SO WHOLESOME.
J.D. is coaching Andy Anderson! So much talent collaborating.
Completely different tricks on a vert ramp basically.. Different popping techniques. Speed everything.
This is so fantastic to see .. Skateboarding is so full of love and compassion and Sensei JD is so mature as a teacher =)
Andy sounds stressed. He's probably working really hard.
Stay strong dude
Nevermind I finished the video dude is stressed
JD mentoring AA just blows my mind
One of my favorite skate vids in a while. JD and Andy are for sure my two favorite skaters in the game right now so to see them both in one video is tremendously cool.
The way they treat JD makes 12 year old me so happy. I needed that energy as a kid and I’m so happy to see ppl my age Paying it forward. ❤️
the dialogue here is excellent. i love how it's mostly just a conversation between the two of them without a lot of extra noise. RIP braille house
Andy and JD killin it as always!! 🤙🏼
two of the most positive and creative skaters alive. seeing jd grow up has been crazy. congrats on landing the 900 at x games!
It's wild to see Andy as the learner the student in a video... JD you just did something that few men on earth could ever do and that's teach Andy.. No one teaches Andy cause he's 100 steps ahead of mankind LOL Rock on JD!!

This is both wholesome and fully epic!
Love these persistence videos they show how much work it really takes to learn something new. Especially for beginners not to get frustrated and quit too soon
Jd is an angel! What a beautiful display of human behavior
please much more of Andy Anderson & JD Persistence please please
2 legends in 1 room 💯🙌
@Daz Macca Is something wrong ?
@Daz Macca Something Wrong ? 🤨

What a kid JD took a rip-stick on a vert!! Absolutely a legend 👏 👊
JD and Andy need their own show together. That would be sick. This kid so awesome. You can see they both genuinely have a passion for skateboarding. 🤜🤛
Man! Andy’s questions to JD were amazing!! Man knows what to look for!
This was awesome. Andy and JD both are rippers.
JD is a professor and he's going to end up running the braille house.. is there a JD coin?
i would invest even for all the huge tournaments he’ll podium in
hahahah JD NFT coming up
Jds an absolute freaking legend. Parenting done right.
man, JD is such an awesome dude! so fun to se him and andy shred the vert
two legends in this clip.
"naw im just kidding... its all fear"
LOL. I love andy so much.
Super fun vid to watch. both yall shred
Love the Braille Army vids! So much more serious skating and in-depth stuff!
Everytime i watch their vert sesh, my body pump automatically despite i'm in couch when watching this sesh.
I love the thought that Andy puts into trying to figure out his tricks. Honestly I think he would be successful at anything he does because of how much passion, dedication, and thought he puts into what he's doing
Definitely make more videos like this I would watch these all day. Hope you guys see this and take my advice
43:43 ***JD drops in on a RipStick!!!!!!***
Watching two history making skaters interact is gold .
The team work and the teaching in this video makes me so happy!! My forvirote video On braille army.
“That went horrible but.... not horribly but, pardon my French”
Don’t worry Andy we don’t think horrible is a curse word lol
A Canadian's politeness has no limitations 🤣
doesnt want to anger the vert gods lol
Watching JD and Andy skate is like watching Bob Ross painting. Love the vibe!
This made me want to skate . Haven't felt that feeling in years
cant get enough of andy anderson what a great dood
I love how technical Andy is. Like he breaks everything down so logically and it's fun to see his brain work.
JD's 540 was so NICE
yeah JD makes outros now. a few more months and he is boss of braille.
JD skates so clean .. gonna b a xtra killer when gets some size !
I love how andy is just trying to learn as much as he can
JD is pure killer man!
reminds of an old shaolin flick master learning from the youngster so much respect to both
this is art, so inspirational
So awesome!! 2 of my absolute favorites. Rita Ishizuka is another favorite
2 fact.
1, I don't know that there's something Andy is nor familier of.
2, jd is so cute and yet so professional!
love it.
you're the man andy
my favorite skater for sure right now
JD told Andy how to hold his hand out and let the board come up to it and Andy’s airs improved immediately.
