    Ive got one of those things. Generally pleased with it. Not as light as my tcr but for a cheap Halfords hack its not bad.

    I've had mine just over a year and have done a few thousand miles on it great bike I've upgraded mine quite a lot though.

    Have you tried fitting it with gravel tyres and tried riding it on gravels. I have a specialized road bike and occasionally ride it on gravels and it’s manageable. Been thinking buying this one. I live in an apartment so light bikes like this are the ideal bikes for me.

      You won't get a treaded tyre to fit the SLR as the clearance is completely maxed at 28mm with a road slick.

    Disc brakes on a skinny tyre bike are terrible has I’ve found out twice with back wheel lockup and I’m no newcomer having raced in Belgium,Holland and France. Watch Durianriders channel he has it spot on with videos showing riders in the TdeF hitting the deck
