I tried this recipe Yesterday and I was so impress because the bread was so soft AND good !! It looked like the bread you buy at the Bakery but I put 21,5 g of instant dry yeast and not 7 !! 😊😊

It turned out great. I just want to mention baking time had to be over 12 min at 350 f. It took me 25 min. till it turned golden brown. 굽는 시간 20분 이상 소요됬네요.

What temperature did you use for the milk? Room temperature or cold one? Your bread so fluffy can't resist to try but just curious about the milk..because i saw while you whisk.. your yeast faatly start bubbles

Microwave for 20 seconds in winter, room temperature in spring and autumn, and cool in summer.
