I purchased these yesterday at bestbuy sound quality is superior to any other pair on the market. Thats without using the break in tool on the app so I can't even imagine what they sound like after break in. Unfortunately they are a little to big for my ears and slide out when I move around even with the cush fins. So im going to get the Jlab epic air anc. Keep up the good work jlab! Huge fan since day 1
Had a pair of AirPods for 14 months and the mic went out. Actually had problems before the Waranty went out but I thought I had them for longer than that. Bought these to replace them. So far I’m happy. Won’t be paying AirPods price for something that doesn’t even last a year anymore.

I don't absolutely need the app functions because the jlab signature sound is literally how I would set the equalizer anyway so these are perfect for me. 😎
Just got a pair of these I love ❤️ them, good sound and long battery life. Keep up the good work👍. I sneak them into work and with Covid masks face pull overs knowone can see the ear buds in, makes the work day a breeze listening to music & the news lol.
I’m having issues with my set. I just returned my set of jbuds air anc because the right earbud died and got a replacement. Now the second set just did the same thing. I performed the troubleshooting advice that is in the booklet but nothing is working. For two sets to malfunction is not good. They were great for the two hours that they worked.🤷🏻♂️
i literally got these for the "ambient aware" mode so i can listen while at work. was more than surprised and happy with these of the overall quality and sound, and the fact that they are very secure in my ear (other ear buds kept falling out) i am just disappointed that there isn't an app to manually adjust the EQ as the box LITERALLY says "custom EQ"
Bro i was so shocked when i put the awareness mode on and i could hear everything perfectly fine while still being able to listen to music at a decent volume
@@nicbah7779 the only issue i have had with them after a year is when you go outside and its windy with ambient aware on you can hear nothing but wind.. and the mics tend to drop out when on a phone call in the wind..

My new buds do not pair to anything and instructions are too vague. Charged them two days and downloaded the app. Makes me feel stupid. Guess I’m returning them and buying normal headphones.
I bought then because I saw then at Walmart and they looked nice (and j was looking for those type of speakers, so I got them now and I love them, I don't know how to do the noise cancellation thing, but I like them so far, they really responsive and sound great, plus the battery is good and they don't use as much battery in my phone
That’s horrible bro!!! Listen I got you bud, to turn on active noise cancelling just hold for 1 second on the left earbud, a prompt will say be aware on, then do the 1 second again, the noise cancelling prompt will come on, and then your all set!

How do you turn off the noise cancelling on left earbud?
