I'm warm now.😀 Thanks for this great Standing Pilates Workout! The time passed really quickly and the exercises did my body very well.🥰 Thank you, Hannah! 🙏
Short and effective. Did this after another full session and felt great. Very good for a variety of movements, so we are not always lying down on the mat 😀 thank you Hannah! 🥰💐❤️
Great video! At first I thought the coaching was too fast and too much but as I got into the video and my ear trained to the content I really appreciated the constant reminders of form. I needed every single “belly button in” and lifted torso cue! 😅
Aww thank you. And I’m glad you find the cure helps. Keep me posted and let me know if you have any workout request 💚 I do Pilates on request every Friday
Hi Jay, i suggest you to try some of my beginner workout first for slow pace. After few videos, you’ll get used to the cues as there are many things need to be focus on at the same time when doing Pilates to make sure you get a result you want. And yes, sometimes Pilates teachers do more than they counts because they want you to try a bit more :) hope you will try some and keep me post! Love, Hannah
This was a great strength and flexibility workout, but way too fast paced to be considered pilates. I'm not sure if you're just nervous in front of the camera, but you were talking very fast and not taking the time for full deep inhales and exhales. On most of the exercises, you inhaled and exhaled twice in the time it took me to inhale once. Pilates is all about slowing down and taking long deep breathes. It was a bit hard to relax with your fast pace. And your counts were way off. Just some helpful tips to improve future workout video. :) Love your personality and had a lot of fun with this workout, I just wouldn't necessarily consider it to be pilates.
Hi Robin, thank you. Contemporary Pilates has different paces so it’s not necessary to be slow. It’s more about precise movement and how to use breath to control the movements. But I have slow pace Pilates workouts as well, so please check out another videos to suit your style. If you watch some of my workouts before, prob you will notice I said you can make long breaths for more challenge or you can make short breaths if you feel it’s easier for you. So it’s more about what do you feel and want to do with yourself. I attached some link of the original classical Pilates class from Joseph Pilates (who created this exercises to see more about the pace): ruclips.net/video/o0L0VmaeU-M/видео.html (1:12) ruclips.net/video/-UmWdNs-Aqk/видео.html (0:48)

Your cues are way too fast and when you said 10repeat but your count is wrong! Also, focus on breathing!

And honestly this workout I made is considered medium pace :) please check the original Joseph link I commented to see it’s not even that fast.
