Buggy Engineering Stage 1 - Chassis & Front End

From CAD to Fab. (Fabrication) series, Sage 1 Episode of design to compliantly rework & modify existing XYKD 260cc buggy by striping it back to only the cockpit floor pan, then rebuilding the chassis & Roll cage, also adding new long travel suspension for jumping. This episode covers the design & manufacturing of the chassis, roll cage, front end suspension & steering components with explanation of correct geometric design to active zero bump steer.
The continuing episodes from stage 2, will cover transplanting the 600cc Ninja Engine with 113 bhp. Also adding an electric reverse is engineered using a starter motor with flex plate & ring gear, manufacturing the drive train components & completing the rear end & rear suspension components, + more.
