“I Still Wear This Crown” has been stuck in my head all day and “Grime” is probably the heaviest song on the record- the breakdowns going on while Morgan does the high screams & Mercedes the death metal lows is truly a brutacular moment. The album is GREAT! 👏☠️😎

I’m was never a huge fan of Kittie growing up, but their new music is just so good. Every song I’ve listened to from the new album is great. Will have to do a deep dive into their older stuff to see if my opinion will change.

Before Fire, my favorite album was In the Black then I’ve Failed You. Both are great albums with good production. Funeral For Yesterday was horribly produced, but I still love quite a few songs like “Flower of Flesh and Blood”, “Witch Hunt”, “Last Goodbye”, and “Will to Live”. I like all of their albums to be honest but Spit is my least favorite. I’ll listen to “Charlotte”, “Paperdoll”, & “Immortal”, but that’s it. Fire is my number one now for sure! 🔥

Btw, I can’t believe you played it damn near perfectly without ever hearing before! That was like art or magic watching you hit all the right parts, yet you weren’t even that focused. Kittie’s guitarist Tara McLeod is extremely talented and while this isn’t her most technical song by far, it’s still not the easiest. Mad respect! It was like you were one with the music. 👏

Their new album is really awesome!! It's my AOTY so far. One Foot In The Grave sounds like Halestorm back when they were in their Strange Case Of days aka Halestorm in their prime.

Is the rest of the album heavier? This song sounds a little too radio friendly for me.

Good to see them back but I feel this one lacks the ooommph. The background screams should be leading the song.
