This beauty is nearing 80, still beautiful, still a smart ass still so fun to be around, what a grand Dame of music, from thev1960s, to 2021, what a vocul treasure. Still love you after all these years.
This amazing woman has accomplished so much in her life thanks to her enormous talent, her ambition, her intelligence. An actress, a singer, a director, a producer. She has given away loads of money to different causes/charites. It's hard not to admire her.
When she and Neil Diamond had a smash hit in 1978 with "You Don't Bring Me Flowers", it was not the first time that the Brooklyn-born superstars had sung together. While students at New York City's Erasmus High School, they both sang in the school choir.
@@wotan10950 I respect people having their own opinion, but how a person could not be smitten with her voice is mind boggling to me. It’s crystal clear and effortless with absolutely perfect pitch.
Love ms streisand new album...its funny i just bought a boom box 3 months ago had a cassette tape of songs i tape recorded of ms streisand....its one of my favorites...amazing cover on album and cassette tape she did fir this album... I first seen her 1973 in tbe theater funny girl....been my icon singer actress ever sense....have all her albums and movies....thanks ms streisand....MRS.BROLIN
I absolutely love Barbra Streisand. I recently bought a record player for the first time in many years and went to a store called half-price books and bought mini albums of hers
I’m the biggest fan, I am by far, buy no one knows it! ;) As a depressed teen Barbra really helped me get lost in her music. She’s brought me so much joy in the last 30 years. Love you always and forever you saucy and sexy queen!
Her voice, even speaking, is just like buttah! Can you imagine being her grandchild? I'd be asking her to read to me and talk to me all the time. That voice!
Just beautiful Jimmy. I hope she doesn’t see this, my grandmother was the one that introduced me to Yentil. It was our bonding movie every once in awhile.
Yes ! Luv Barbara Streisand ! Such a Legend ,& was my parents generation & to b pooping All these Decades ,damn Crafty ! & Sending Some Sincere Luv to Jimmy Fallon Who I've been watching Forever & my Favorite most talented nite time Talk Show Host Hands Down!
Omg Jimmy you are so lucky to have all the albums I bought all but I couldn’t get the Spotify version to complete my collection. I also bought the cassette LOL. This was such a fun and playful interview to watch 🥰
i loved her since i was a child but dont agree with politics but shes one that i will never stop listenin too i have all her movies as well shes the best female singer ever
Barbra! My favorite of all time. So many love songs and memories of her music and the perfect voice. From funny girl to " what's up doc?" My family loves that movie! In fact its time to see it again. God bless you barbra! Jesus loves you and so do I ! ❤👑🙏🦁
Oh she is in that favourable angle she likes. The one Jimmy Kimmel refused to interview her and had to cancel because he would have to change his seat.
Billie Eilish has done the same with the packaging of her new album, outside is the same but the vinyl color is different depending on the store you buy it. Also the cassette edition.
But Billie Eilish wasn't even born when cassette tapes were a thing 😂😂😂 So it holds ZERO meaning, other than just a marketing gimmick. With Streisand, it's a way for millions and millions of (older) people to connect with their past and with memories of a thousand loves...
Do the researchers on these show's purposely orchestrate these interviews so they produce the most tired, most-oft-repeated anecdotes from their guests' previous talk show/interview appearances? Fallon's first question was clearly designed to prompt the "who fucked up your hair?" anecdote which she's repeated in every interview for the past 25 years. So literally HUNDREDS of times. You don't have to be a Streisand fan to be bored by it already. She's one of the most interesting women around, with a fifty-plus year career that spans film, tv, music and activism. Try and be just a little creative.
Oh God! Followed by the "Barbara Sands" anecdote. And the story of the first album title. That one's been in thousands of interviews dating back to the 60s.
You are so right. The only question he forgot to ask was: You didn't perform for 27 years, why? Maybe Corden will ask this question again! :) The level of this kind of shows is so low... That's why Zane Lowe did such a great job interviewing her.
YOU may have heard these stories umpteen times, but they’re new to me and many other people. So cut us some slack. I’m hearing this for the first time.
@@wotan10950 So let's ask people the same questions over and over again because there will always be a group who don't know answers to them? Please, be serious.
@@patricedecourcy4505 That's why Romeo and Juliet and La Boheme are performed over and over again. The sound from Barbra's side is awful. Can't you record the sound of the guest's voice in his or her house and then sync it with the video? That would be much better
He seems to do that with most his guests. He sometimes gets a little to gushy over her. She's amazing but she's also just human. I met her three times, got to have a real conversation with her and I agree with everybody who talks about meeting her, she's very down to earth, not a diva when you're just eye to eye with her. She listens to your every word then asks great questions of you. She asked me where I got this denim hat I was wearing and two months later I see a photo of her wearing almost exactly the same hat. She's actually super funny. I love it!

Barbra looks amazing for 79! I love her in Meet the Fockers!
When she and Neil Diamond had a smash hit in 1978 with "You Don't Bring Me Flowers", it was not the first time that the Brooklyn-born superstars had sung together. While students at New York City's Erasmus High School, they both sang in the school choir.
It was always one of my favourite songs of hers... 😭😭😭
Love how her packaging is different for each store and she made it her own with colors she personally likes! Pretty cool! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
All jokes aside, even though I'm not a fan, there's no denying her importance and what a decent person she is.
Nay Maybe you should watch the movie : A Star Is Born (1976)
Fair enough. Some people just don’t care for her sound or style of singing. And that’s ok. But she’s a legendary performer, without a doubt.
@@wotan10950 I respect people having their own opinion, but how a person could not be smitten with her voice is mind boggling to me. It’s crystal clear and effortless with absolutely perfect pitch.
That’s respectable not everyone is a fan but she is extraordinarily talented and it’s great to recognize that.
she's ain't decent. Trust me. I worked for her and her manager and NEVER GOT PAID.
I've always adored her - her talent, her albums, her movies - she a one of a kind superstar.
Best birthday gift ever. My favorite song, the rainbow connection, sung by my favorite singer. Almost in tears here, thank you Barbra Streisand!
Wowser she looks amazing for her age.
I cry when I hear The way we were.
Her movie Mirror has Two Faces is one of my favorite. It’s on Netflix now after a long time.

I love and appreciate Barbra immensely, one of my dearest people, amazing woman!!! 🧡

A song that accompanies me is "A Piece of Sky"

Love Barbra Streisand. I discovered her on the radio station CBS FM. They played her entire album. My Name is Barbra was the title.
She’s so sweet
In almost each of her wonderful songs you can hear the longing and melancholy about the destruction of matriarchy.
79, wow. so heartening to see her.
Yes, LONG LIVE ANALOGUE 😊😊😊
5:24 THE BARRY GIBB TALK SHOW!!!
Barbara, still like butta.
Love your music idea’s. Like cassette sound.

You could try Ebay to see if anyone's selling the one you're missing 😊 And hi from another fan, half the world away! 👏
Hi Barbra Fan!!! I looked on eBay and one is $550 the other is $600 and the third is $1100 😢
All those different albums...the collector will buy ...more ..$$$$$$ for her....yeah !!!!!
What's wrong about it? That's what selling is about.

Somehow rock artists have higher status like The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones etc. But Streisand is the real deal and so cool :)
Everytime i see Barbra, always remember duck sauce's song
LOL!
Funny and I like that song it’s catchy
Interesting title lol legendary singer
Yentl/Yenta? 😘 A true class act.
I’ve heard many songs but didn’t know it was her.☝🏽🤨
Dude, this woman is 79
I admire her and her work and we both like Grandma (GAMA) #lovesign #Barbarstreisend

We all have insecurities.
She was on his show a couple of times in the past ten years and he did give her his seat.
25 years!
That's a lot br0!
My Great grandma loved her
Is she wearing a rosary on her neck? Wow 🤩
Love Barbara Streisand ❤️
Actually Julie Andrews sang with Kermit twice and she even wrote a song for him televised live.
i know her because of rachel's obsession for her on glee
Your sporting a Johnny Carson hairdo tonight.
Você está linda mulher!
I'm glad to see her. Timeless!

Sorry, who is Billie Eilish? I don't know her
I love her
Why do people get plastic surgery when it's not needed? Grrr. So many celebrities ruin their faces when they're already beautiful
All jokes aside and her old age and kookie looks and INSANITY obsessing over TRUMP, she's not bad for 83. RIP
Mr Jimmy, I don't have the privilege to own one of those albums cause I don't have the money....please let me have one of those!
jimmy, go back to the uncombed look
I love Jimmy so much! But did his hair age 20 years all of a sudden?
loooooove her 🤍

Barbara Sands? Nope!
