13:30 - the spacer trick with the needle nose pliers trick is brilliant! I rented the tool from autozone years ago and never returned it because I didn't want to have to screw with jury rigging nonsense again, but Vin just made me realize I wasted my money.
Also a 3/8 ratchet or ratchet with a 3-6" extension works with no socket at all

nice thing about a pad and fluid slap, stock rotors are cheap and you can consider them disposable after a track day.
aggressive track pads DGAF about the rotor surface for the most part, as they'll just eat them up (Hawk HT10s), and 2x5x20 minute sessions will roach the front rotors anyways practically.
back in the 00s lots of people were throwing BBK's at Neons, and I would just scoop up the OE parts for pennies.
I have 4 complete sets of calipers, like 8+ sets of barely used pads, dozens of rotors, hell complete knuckle assemblies even.
All for ramen noodle prices.

Be careful with the BRZ on track, get an IAG baffled pan BC there's been reports of oil pressure dropping when making hard right handers due to oil getting trapped in the timing case bc of the G forces. Not even joking.
This is seperate from the RTV issue.

Headlights just try some Turtle Chrome polish and an orbital with a soft pad.... I've made a lot of headlight look brand spankin new with that method. Applying a UV protectant also a good idea afterwords.
Do you know how unstoppable Hoonigan would be if they actually finished projects. Example Gykhama build series.....
What ever happend with that? Tbh I havnt really been watching recently. This that series is still nice to watch, but I miss the old style with random people showing up trying to man line 2.0 but we all know how movie sequels go. All love just miss the daily transmission and just natural fun besides huge sponsor build stuff.

What happened to the Grid builds? Can you finish one before moving on to other projects?
S2Ks shred OEM clutches, so be ready for that.
And when you lower them, you also need spacers for the steering rack, drive shafts, and lower ball joints.
Odd you guys didn't think about that with the lengths you went to on the BRZ.
My stock 05 has 199k and OEM clutch. No idea how...

Throw on an oil pan gasket on the subaru, from factory it just uses rtv which gets stuck in the oil pickup

S2000 is fun! I daily drove an ap1 for over a year. I'm here to tell ya corvette is the way to go, traded the Honda for a c5 z06.. I do miss the character of the f20 full bolt on with open top 🤘

The BRZ is good for track if you don't turn Right (You lose about 40psi oil pressure on sustained Right Turns).

It's way easier to throw the brake piston tool on a impact driver for those back brake pistons. They only cost a couple dollars and they go straight back in as long as you turn it the correct way 😂

Make sure you do the oil pan gasket on that thing and clean up the pickup before you take it on the track
