    Now that it is all assembled, what do you do with it? Mount it to something?

    It sure would be nice if he slowed down and zoomed in on the parts so you could see what he was actually doing.

    why would you assemble it on a carbon pipe

      Ian - We chose to use a carbon tube because it is a premium material that is very rigid for its weight. With a tube this long we really want to minimize any deflection.

      Just to clarify, this assembly video is of the discontinued version of the Chrono Mount. It has been replaced by the Chrono Mount Pro which is manufactured in the USA from aluminum and stainless components (which is the 189.99 price tag you mention).       @@wiserprecision I have an idea why it is discontinued. Mine blew apart. Just ordered one of the older parts to replace it. Going to build a mount to attach a
      Sportser to a pic rail for special purpose velocity testing.
