I found NockOn Archery stumbling onto the archery 101 and 102 videos on RUclips. I did the first school of nock series from my basement. I’m constantly getting complements on my form. I also learned how to self diagnose when things start to break down (creeper at heart ), as well as basic bow maintenance and arrow set up. This was an opportunity that wouldn’t have been available to me if it wasn’t for John, and his generosity. I recommend these videos to anyone who asks, “how do I learn how to shoot”. World class training for free! Thank you, Coach!! Nock On!🤘💚

Thank you for giving out all this information so freely. I bought my first bow a few months back and have watched your videos on repeat ever since!

Just getting my 12yr old daughter into archery. Hitting the targets twice in the last week I’ve found myself struggling at times explaining techniques. Great tools here. Look forward to the rest of this series.

I just switched from Right to Left handed bow - small cataract in shooting eye.
I get to learn all over again, from scratch!

Absolute classic seemingly simple, but, ABSOLUTELY Crucial , in rounded mechanical fundamentals. Just my way of thinking. A peregrine falcon through millenia came into its design to be of the most efficient and effective form of its body for speed and flight. And the same is so true in form and proper adaptation to it in archery .

I was getting ready to quit archery because I couldn't get a good shot. I watched these videos and learned my technique was horrible. I tried what John taught about drawing the bow and it changed everything for me. Looking forward to this 3D season now.

This Bryce is lucky, he now has a coach who will take him a short way to the goal. With a trainer, you can learn shooting in 4 months if it is a good coach, otherwise it may take years. Many people can shoot well, but not many can explain how they do it, maybe they don't want to do it for free.

NTS Training steps...Stance, Nock, Hook and Grip, Set and Set-up. Simplified fundamental steps that even the youngest kids can grasp to gain a repeatable formula for success.

This is great! I have a question on stance. In most sports, a wider base gives you more stability. I appreciate the thorough explanation of why stance is so important and how it affects everything else. I’m just wondering if there is reason why you shouldn’t widen your stance? Thanks for this amazing content, and honestly just for being an awesome human being and role model.

John your shooting knowledge is immeasurable. But I think you don't address folks with less than perfect eyesight, like as we get older. There are options, we may not have distance past 50yds, which I have personal feelings about anyway, but there are other sighting and sight options.
