i think that making a full song with someone elses voice is pretty dumb yeah, but the technology is amazing. for example you can put a snippet that an artist had put out and run it through an ai of thier voice, remake the beat and put it together. what im saying is that people who do remastering and shit are very happy rn also i think that making an ai cover of another song is just interesting and not to harmful i dont think. nothing "has to stop" apart from people doing shit like selling fake ai leaks, or pretending that its a real song from the artist. also you seemed to mainly be talking about how bad the songs were, but that has nothing to do with the ai, all the ai does is give you raw vocals that u can do whatever with.
