Banana Peel Patty Recipe + Malunggay/Moringa-Corn Soup | Healthy Meatless Meal

Today's recipe, YES! It is made from banana peeling. Don't throw them away and make some patties! Surprisingly delicious and healthy, too!
Apparently, banana peel contains high amounts of vitamin B6 and B12, as well as magnesium and potassium. It also contains some fiber and protein. Perfect alternative for meat!
Here are the ingredients:
1 1/2 c Washed and boiled Banana peel(I used saba banana, a starchy variety usually found in asian countries)
1/4 c minced garlic
1/4 c minced onion
3 tbsp all purpose flour(add more to adjust the consistency)
2 med eggs
Seasoning salt (salt with some spices like paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, etc
Ground black pepper
1 tbsp tomato ketsup
* Mix 'em all up, and fry them like your regular patty!You can make meatballs too!
Moringa/malunggay-Corn Soup
1c water
1can (425g) cream of corn
1c malunggay/moringa leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional- your choice of any boullion cubes
