Magplaytime po muna kayo para d sya hyper pag naagsuklay. And Iagay nyo po sya sa isang table na d sya masyado mkakagalaw and dun nyo lng po sya plagi suklayan. Massage nyo po ng konti sa ulo.para marelax.
Mga gano ktgl ussually playtime. Kmi kc 30 mins n ata. D dprn sya pagod. Ang ending. Ako tuloy ung npapagod na d pa kmi ngsstart mgsuklay session hahah
If unrefrigerated hanggang ilang days po ba sya bago mapanis?
I am not sure po. Kung hindi ireref, I suggest do small batch na pang 1to 3 days lng. It should be in a cool dry place. Mas ok po kung nakaref or freezer. Mas tatagal at mas safe, mas maeenjoy din po ng doggies nyo. ☺

I drink moringa daily but gag as if to vomit every time from the taste. It's the dry powdered since I live up north where it doesn't grow. I try to put small amount of water so I can drink it fast. It's a bummer
