Rylanor may have not killed Fulgrim, but his death killed our hearts
He killed part of Fulgrim's monstrous ego... and that will satisfy for now.
Unless I missed something he wounded Fulgrim's ego so badly that Fulgrim f*cked off to his goon cave and hasn't been seen since, might as well have killed him.
Rylanor totally killed fulgrim, fulgrim just has bullshit hacks that keep him from dying. Sort of like lucious. It even cooked his ego to the point that he just keeps reliving his glory days. He's like a guy that peaked in highschool.

One of my favorite things about the Alpha Legion assassination attempt on Guilliman is how the real Aeonid Thiel later learns about it and it becomes an in-joke among him and his men that he almost killed his primarch.

Honestly would be cool to have a guardsman stay behind to let his squad escape with a stupid big gun but while it can blast a baneblade apart with a few shots, it only knocks a demon Primark to the ground. Each shot only gets them angrier as the slowly make their way forward. The last shot takes off half their face and half their hand as they reach out and grab the guardsman crushing them in the damaged hand along with the prototype weapon.

My head canon is that Rogal Dorn is locked in a dungeon with a hundred mazes and choke points with automated traps under Perturabo’s palace.

That's one of the things handy about Leman Russ and the Vlka Fenryka, they'd have been able to smell Alpha legion traitors even if they were disguised.
Whoa, whoa, no honorable mention of Sigismund going feral chihuahua on Fulgrim during the Siege? It's probably the closest an individual, unsupported and non psycher/warp juiced space marine has come to killing a primarch. He did manage to bloody Fulgrim up an enrage him, and who knows how far he might have gotten if Dorn hadn't shown up?

I was hoping this would be on the list, as I'm balls deep in the Seige of Terra right now and this was one of my favorite scenes. To be fair, Dorn had the coldest line when he saved Sigismund.

No joke Fulgrim literally got tied down and tortured by his own legion once (at one point they actually shove a pear of anguish up his ass) in an attempt at "exorcism" but he just enjoyed the experience and talked philosophy with them the whole time lol

Actually sanguinius nearly got dragged down by no name traitors right before horus in end and death volume 2.
Fulgrim's regeneration has always been pretty intense. Even Turbo Pete breaking his face, or having his throat slit is a minor inconvenience.

DAY 84: A video about, what if there were no loyalist elements in the traitor legions, this would also count for omegon and magnus. So there would be no need for the culling at isthvaan and weakening of the traitor forces. Giving the traitors a boost in numbers and cohesion, plus a lot of important named characters. it would be very intresting to see what all the effects would be on the possible succes of the heresy.

What if the Emperor wasn’t able to reach Nuceria in time to prevent Angron dying from the High Riders? How would having one less available Primarch affect the heresy with more lopsided sides? What would happen to the War Hounds? What would happen to Nuceria? Who do you think would go to Khorne? Or what if Guilliman found Angron before the Imperium found Guilliman?

Papa smurf noticed that fake thiel didn't have the electromagnetic longsword(which real thiel borrowed from papa's personal collection during betrayal at calth and used then on as his close combat weapon of choice), which gave the killteam away as impostors.
Magnus was beaten thrice, if we count ragnar spear-throwing him in the first novel of the space wolves series.
Lastly, regarding "eating shit", in slav lands(particularly south slav ones), saying that someone either "eats shit" or "shits" means 2 different things - one, implying said someone is talking complete and utter nonsense(example "they(politicians or whoever) shit too much(in parliament or wherever)), two, you don't believe a single word said someone just said/boasted about something, and third, there'll be consequences for "shitting/eating shit"(example "he ate shit, got himself beaten/curb stomped/killed(worst case scenario)), so be mindful of that next time you go visit the lands of slav.

I was hoping for the reference to Rogal Dorn. Just the idea that some no name, never important CSMs kills him makes me unhappy, and I hope he's been hiding out on Terra, in a Centurion suit, for the last several millennia. Vaguely related, but it also makes me wonder why Leman Russ was needed as the Emperor's Executioner, if "regular men" could kill Primarchs? We don't know if Leman actually delivered a death blow to 2, or 11, but the story of Rogal's death never brags about the Greater Daemon that needed to be summoned; an assortment of "just" Black Legion CSM downed him, did "just" Space Wolves down 11, in much the same way today they'd get a free pass against any Grey Knights?

When Fulgrim got dome pieced by Sharrowkyn, wasn't he possessed by the demon at that time? Not ascended but still possessed from the poop blood painting ya? Also Jaghatai at the siege of terra, sure he fought plenty of Death Guard but it was fighting and banishing ascended Mortarion that did him in I think
