    Penny!!!! That was tough! I used 10, 12.5, and 15 lbs since I didn’t have the exact kg to lb weights.

    👍had 5 days off and started back with this workout love no repeats , as usual a great workout only used light and medium weights to get back into the swing of things

    Oh Boy - fat burning does come with a high price! I was very out of breath and needed more breaks 🫣. It felt for me like high impact and definitely high intensity. Absolutely amazing workout!!! Piece of art!!! Thank you so much Penny!!!❤💝💖

    That was great! Nice and sweaty!😅 I’m not quite up to your weights - 8 and 10 lbs with a 20 lb kettlebell for the swings. Thank you!

    Used 12/15 lb mostly, 8 lbs for one exercise. 301 calories! LOVED the non-stop finisher. Thank you Penny, my week is officially off to a good start. 😊

    woooooooohooooooo------what an amazing work out ------- i used 4kg and 5kg and for one dumbbell exercises used 7kg - it was a full body sweat work out - feeling so good ----- going for a warm shower and then getting ready for sleep - by the way i always work out at night after a high protein dinner. Thank you so much Penny and have a wonderful break over September. 💪🙌💝

    Wow!!!! The speed of this workout kept my cardio full speed ahead😅😅 The work with lighter weights (7 & 10 lbs.) and more reps in each move keeps my heart rate up throughout! Great non-stop finisher!! Again, another rockstar workout thank you Penny👏🏻👍💪🏻❤

    Penny’s low impact does not mean low intensity! Whoa! I’m drenched. I absolutely love when you incorporate some balance moves. This was perfect!

    Definitely low impact and no jumping but not low intensity AT ALL!! Love this, change of pace from the week. The finisher got me, you know it’s a goodie when it takes you a good few seconds to transition to the next exercise, knowing it’s coming🤦🏾‍♀️😂 used 8lbs 10lbs and 15lbs today and I felt good challenging myself when I could. Thank you for another hit, cuz I always comeback to these. Have a great weekend Penny

    Should we do Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 consecutively? or is it optional? For example, can I do the non-stop finisher after ending Circuit 1 or should I do Circuit 2 and then do the non-stop finisher?

    👍👍👍👍great workout, Penny. Haven't worked out with you in 3 weeks as I have been working out with other favorite instructors. I need to get back to Gargage Girl Lifts and finish the last 6 before the new challenge begins in October. I used 6 lbs the entire workout, and yes, I am proud of myself as I had taken out 4 and 5 lbs thinking I needed to do half of your weight. I hope your shoulder is better and your sleep has improved 🙏

    Hi Penny, I just did this workout for the second time. I saw on my first comment that I said I used 6 lbs for the entire workout. This time, I used 5 and 6 lbs so I hope I haven't regressed.
