Oh Boy - fat burning does come with a high price! I was very out of breath and needed more breaks 🫣. It felt for me like high impact and definitely high intensity. Absolutely amazing workout!!! Piece of art!!! Thank you so much Penny!!!❤💝💖

I used 6 lbs the entire workout, and yes, I am proud of myself as I had taken out 4 and 5 lbs thinking I needed to do half of your weight. I hope your shoulder is better and your sleep has improved 🙏
