I just ordered mine today! I demo this bike and liked it more than the PT Repeater. Rides and descends just like my analog Alloy Sentinel but with a motor. Was also pleasantly surprised on how strong and capable the motor was, especially in steeper climbs. I’m super stoked on this bike!
Your post made me feel a bit better- I have a sentinel that I'm selling to get this relay (mobility issues forcing me to the ebike side of things). And I was choked that I'd be moving from what is known as the most playful mini-enduro bike to something that just squashes everything. I'm excited.

if there's no charge port on the bike...how will it accommodate an extender? where will it plug in?
Good point, I think that comment was more-so about the Fazua system in general; our two other Fazua bikes did have external charging ports
No Orbea rise comparison? Or giant trance x elite etc?
We reached out to both and would have loved to include them! But we’re of course limited by what companies are willing to spend
