PLANEX LHS 2 Drywall Sander

"Old popcorn texture. Going to level 5 finish. I like to use the harness a lot. It really saves my shoulders. Especially when I’m sanding up to 3,000 square feet per day 6 days a week. I literally sand for hours without any discomfort! This was a painted-over texture. They used latex paint. Making it easier to remove than if they painted over top with an oil-based paint."

What sandpaper medium did you use that was able to strip off the popcorn but leave the drywall paper intact!?
