Great Machine I had the previous model, which looked almost the same, blew the control board at 4.5years was repaired under warranty and lasted 7.5 years looking at buying another, had no problems at all, bit of noise but would else would u expect ??? if u don't like a little mechanics at work making your coffee, boil your jug...
I just got this machine and I cannot get it to register the water tank. Cannot find any customer support for DeLonghi. Where do find a person to talk to? I filled the tank and inserted it properly, but it keeps giving me an "no water" warning light. Also, the blinking lights do not switch to solid at all (to show machine is teady). Help, please!!

You might wanna try add in salt to give it more mineral in it for the sensor to register.
