@ I made your tater tot casserole (it’s one of my favorites), some mini chocolate chip muffins, tofu egg breakfast sandwiches, baked penne, wild rice mushroom soup, soy chorizo chili, coconut curry, and some potato soup. I also froze a loaf of sourdough bread and I might try to make some more but I’m due tomorrow so we will see if I’m actually able to make any haha

I tried this cookie recipe and mine did not really turn out well. I think the next time I will not chill the batter and see if that makes a difference because mine were not done in the middle and overdone on the edges. They were still good though. 😊
Sorry to hear that! Try baking at 350 and see if that makes a difference. Also don’t forget to let them rest on the tray undisturbed for 5-10 minutes so the middle will set fully. They keep cooking for a few minutes after baking from the residual heat so that will help the middle finish cooking ❤️❤️ Hope that helps!
Probably! I haven’t tried it with a different milk but the coconut milk is there to replace heavy cream in traditional casseroles because it’s very thick and creamy. A different milk would probably work but it won’t be as creamy

Probably! I haven’t tried it with a different milk but the coconut milk is there to replace heavy cream in traditional casseroles because it’s very thick and creamy. A different milk would probably work but it won’t be as creamy
