Saw this play debut in San Diego at the Old Globe theater in 2012. She was awesome!
i don't know the story but this song just sounds so bittersweet to me. Im a mother , imagining that my kids would one day leave me but that's life i guess, so now that they're little my job is to push them until they can push themselves and soar high, as far as they can until the day arrives that they have to leave me. omg "how the years pass quickly by..."

There were only several people watched this show. I'm not sure if there were only limited tickets that had been sold or there was a poor promotion. Nevertheless, the performance was stunning. Lea Salonga will never fail to amaze her audience. She is a gift from heaven.
Had the pleasure of seeing this show both in an early NY workshop and when it hit broadway. Sadly it only had a short run as around the same time it opened another show had hit broadway and overshadowed every thing else. Hamilton opened 2 months before.

Still Lea is the best you understand her singing even in very high note not like others singers they do birit but you don’t understand what’s they sing about
