Ben Abella so true. I've always hated "Let it Go" but there's a video of her singing it if you look it up. And for the first time it was bearable.
I don't agree, i think it suited Alicia Keys voice better; Keys has a lower and deeper tone.

This is one of the things that make musical theater singers stand out. They pronounce the words very clearly so the audience can understand what they are saying or singing. Beautiful!

I like this song but not so much until I've heard this. Her phrasing is exceptional. and the arrangement of the quartet is fabulous. enjoyed it so much..

The original singer, Alicia Keys is a good singer but Lea Salonga made it more jazzy and the song seems so clear and I appreciated the song even more. Hands down!

Fans please don't hate on me, but I used to think Lea couldn't belt and do pop/belty roles and songs. But these few days I've been proven sooooo wrong. She is so talented gosh.
She could but not really on par with the known belters. That's why she seeked her real strength in singing which is her crystal clear diction/pronounciation of words while maintaining the clarity and strength of her voice with theater being the right place for her. But she could belt though.
