You mentioned the perfume, but honestly a full build around the perfumes would be cool to see. The lightning and madness ones scale best in my experience, but the poison one is very handy for being physical, as well as the AoW that near instant poisons anyone. Perfumes have neat movesets, like using the 1 handed attacks for better speed, and 2 handed for AoE, plus the charged attack can be feinted for a pretty wide area while 2 handed.
Madness pots & hefty madness pots would probably do well with this build. Even if they don't proc the status by themselves, they'll be good when combined with frenzied burst.

I would love to see more videos dedicated to "builds". Cosplaying and making a build with different weapons and spells/incarnations at the same time. Using different things but based on a theme! if you could have kept the madding hand in the offhand more often it would have given you a passive damage buff of 5% to all sources, spells included, same as the poisoned hand
The next madness video should be the pots and perfume. The madness pots are really good they have giant ones that do like half a bar of the orange ouchy and do similar damage to furnace pots.
