Yeah they just released it with no software update, i'm talking with the seller about updates though. Hopefully more people will complain so they fix the little bugs
Only thing that is sort of really screwed up is DON'T ever get a code, seriously any code...even low pressure from tpms sensor, because there is no way to reset code, unless you temporarily put in your old cluster, reset code, the replace with digital cluster. Looks like you have an MMI device...therefore you won't constantly be looking at the code on the OEM side of the idrive. But you MIGHT lose function of entire center stack during the code, until it's reset, including backup camera and center stack buttons 1 thru 8.
Can you still use your steering wheel controls fine? Like changing music etc. Also when you shift drive modes (sport mode/ eco) does anything show up on the screen?
Can engine light still show up on this cluster if anything goes wrong for the car otherwise, like if theres an engine problem ? Would the engine management light show up on the right side ?
I changed the settings to main tank 42L reserve tank 10L. It gives me the best results so far. It's not perfect but decent. Car starts asking for fuel when there is 10L remaining. So i can drive about 100km. Which is decent.
How would this work with mhd multimap installed as you have to long push the bc button to get into the multimap menu . Just wondering if they are going to clash some how
Well i have mhd multimap installed, you have to time it a bit, the long press needed for this cluster is a bit shorten than the long press to activate the mhd menu. So if you time it right you won't activate the MHD menu, you get the hang of it pretty quickly

Does anyone happen to have a recent firmware update for the F2x series dashboard by any chance? The aliexpress seller I bought it from doesn't manage to provide an update file unfortunately
@@QuarantaQuattro In my opinion, it is a nice gimmick, but I wouldn't recommend it as the graphics/interface looks a bit cheaply put together and doesn't really match the quality of our cars. Also, there is no website to apply updates from that could potentially improve some of the issues (if the seller won't provide updates which can happen). ID4motion clusters look very refined (they are also much more expensive) but are unfortunately currently only available for E-series - hopefully this will change in the future.

Not sure how this one is first in the world they have had these clusters on Aliexpress for a little while! They all come from the same manufacturer in china.

It seems incredible how they can make a digital screen with horrible Chinese designs and tachometers, it looks like a Dacia. They should literally copy the original bmw drawings, VAG frame, audi... there are countless brands that have better digital tachometers and friendlier designs. I love the digital painting but just seeing those designs and how the information shows throws me back completely.
I understand your opinion , and indeed i wish the tachometer of an M2 lci would be available. It’s still possible in the future i guess. That’s the benefit of a digital display

Hi, I installed in my F20 the same dashboard but in my case don’t show the charge (N,R,D). Did you have to update or configure anything ?

How did you set the fuel gauge with me, the tank is full and showed 838 km on the original and now only 474
In settings you can change the size of the fuel tank
What has you set for the Fuel because when i add 50 Fuel it only Show 476 mile
