  • "Torn" is a song written by Scott Cutler, Anne Preven, and Phil Thornalley. It was first recorded in 1993 in Danish (renamed "Brændt", Danish for "Burnt") by Danish singer Lis Sørensen, then in 1995 by Cutler and Preven's American rock band Ednaswap, and in 1996 by American-Norwegian singer Trine Rein.
"Torn" is best known as Australian singer Natalie Imbruglia's 1997 debut single. Her version was produced by Thornalley and peaked at number one on the singles charts of Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, and Sweden, as well as on three US Billboard charts. Imbruglia's version sold over four million copies worldwide. For the song, Imbruglia received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. (Wikipedia).

Georgy Porgy’s Favourites Uploaded: Natalie Imbruglia - Torn (1997)
A very touching storyline through your video photography portrayal was excellently done ✅
The lyrics written down were really good too.
Different thing’s come out from listening to a song from a little while ago now begin to have a realism to them, not apparent first time listened to it.
This is another step forward for a change in your choice with this one !!! Not only is it crystal clear from her divine voice but the quality of the storyline is very interesting too. … where does this specific song/lady take you to next !!! we’ll find out really soon. A great choice, her voice was exquisitely clear and a lovely song too. Absolutely lovely 🥰
Perfection, in fact. Thank for the feminine touch. Aggh y 😂
