I thoroughly enjoyed watching that documentary. I wish there were more documentaries about female ultra athletes. As a female trail runner it helps inspire me to take on challenges like this. I’ve never done an ultra before, but I love seeing everything that goes into it. And, thinking that one day I can.
Glad they had a lot of honest night running content. I do not love night running. Freaks me out. Always feel like I’m being followed. Just never get used to it, and I don’t think it’s brought up enough in these ultra videos
Holy smokes! I just finished the 2022 Monster 100 It is no joke! Watching this made me tear up a bit, the course grinds you down to nothing.. Congratulations to Sarah for really strong race.
capturing the spookiness of a run in the woods at night. Expecting an aid station only to find your self loosing your mind. GOOSEBUMPS! stay calm and keep making good decisions. Epic story!
What a wonderful, positive video! I really needed to get away from current events and this was a perfect escape. Congratulations to Sarah on her achievement. Shows that what people can accomplish is sometimes far greater than even they imagined. Respect!
One of the most Inspiring Ultrarunning videos I've seen. Sarah's perspective relative to how she would get what she wanted from the race was I think what has been overlooked in other videos. Her strength equaled the magnitude of the task and the filming was Epic! Thanks for all the work put into this one.
"It leaves a mark on you when you finish a race like that" what a great line - this is what I want from my adventures. It's great watching an amazing film about them (and this is a great film, thank you!) but now time to get out there and have my own adventure which impacts. This weekend it is 58km through the jungles starting at night - and I've got some good ideas here from how to film and document the night time (with a 10:30m start this race will nearly all be in the dark!) Thanks for inspiring - great effort, great film!
I noticed my Coudsplitter 100 video was getting a bunch of new views and I was like "whaaa?" Turns out, most of them are coming from this video! So of course I had to check it out, I love Aravaipa, and damn you all did a fantastic job with this film. It's so awesome to see the sport of ultrarunning being elevated by creators and companies like you all! I love it!
This is wonderful! Great job to everyone involved! I work with Sarah & Melissa’s Mom, and it’s so cool to see how proud she is of them and to keep us updated on their adventures.
Thanks for another great vid. What an achievement - super relaxed and down-to-earth runner (& pacer)! Just wondering why Sarah was not using a better / stronger headlamp though…
Congrats on this film...really outstanding the way it captured the experience of the runner, and made me want to run a 100-miler myself. Loved every minute of it!
Really cool story on this eerie race! That moment when we hear Sarah is the lead female, gives us all the feels!! The scenery is so beautiful out there. Love following along with all of your accomplishments Sarah❤️
Legitimate question, what do you actually do if you spot a bear? The whole "if its brown lay down, if its black fight back" motto always seems so sketch lol
The lower US only has black bears. They're a lot more skittish and will prefer to dart off, or hopefully avoid you. They're pretty scared of people unless they've been conditioned to raid garbage. You should try to make a lot of noise and not carry a lot of smelly food or cosmetics.

How does she look so strong and fresh at the end of 102+ miles?! I am in awe and Sarah is amazing!
Dylan Harris is the GOAT when it comes to these race films. Great job as always capturing the strength and perseverance of these runners.

Better quality headlamps are available than the one she was using for sure. It's well worth investing for safety running in those conditions.
And she just won Cocodona, what a badass
Sarah you’re bad ass - nice work!!!
Congratulations on your success ladies.
Noah is the perfect race director for this. You can tell he cares and thats rad.
Awesome. Stay strong 💪💪💪
Born and raised in Phoenix, grew up camping at knoll lake almost every year. Love watching this, definitely something I want to try in the future!
Also, just saw a black bear up near the campgrounds a few weekends ago 😅
This video never gets old! ❤🙌
Holy smokes!
I just finished the 2022 Monster 100
It is no joke!
Watching this made me tear up a bit, the course grinds you down to nothing..
Congratulations to Sarah for really strong race.
These ladies are total studs. Congrats. Tough as nails
Very Nice...and my meager 20 miler will now be..a breeze~
Fantastic cinematography. 👌
Very good film. Inspiring. Wish I could run that far.

She certainly needed a better quality headlamp.
Great film Dylan. Thank you

I think this is the best movie you've produced so far. Kudos.

"I asked for a tough race. I had to carry it through "
What a great pair of people, they support each other!
So good!
Best trail vid of the year thus far! Great job Dylan directing
The bar was already high, but these films keep getting better and better. Great storytelling and inspiring people. Spectacular effort from Sarah!
Thanks so much, Brad!

This was too good! The Ostaszewski ladies are bad asses and the Monster is now on the bucket list. Great film!!
Great short movie
This was such a great film! Such beauty!

Beautiful cinematography. Love the letterboxing of this film, really highlights the vastness of the landscape.

Phenomenal - my new favorite video!

Beautifully shot and edited Dylan 👌 Sarah O is a badass!

Sarah and Melissa are incredible athletes
Very well done and Derrick Lytle captures the BEST shots. Great work @aravaiparunning team!
nicely presented...lovely to see two sisters who enjoy and support each other.
I'm totally pumped up for trail racing season now!! THANKS. What a dynamic duo. Amazing video and shots.
Really cool story on this eerie race! That moment when we hear Sarah is the lead female, gives us all the feels!! The scenery is so beautiful out there. Love following along with all of your accomplishments Sarah❤️
You're so extremely talented Dylan. This video is awesome! Wishing Sarah continued success!
Great video! Love the storytelling. This is one of my favorites on this channel
I have been waiting for this film for a long time, and it was well worth the wait! Congrats, Sarah! Fun watching you continue to crush it!
Sweet. Tough mama!
Well done
It looks sooo amazing, but at the same time it is so tough! I really am amazed by how good you guys did it as a team! Thanks for the vid!
Monsters don’t scare me. This race does.
This was my first 100 in 2021. Brought back awesome memories.
Great video! The sisters are tough and are great runners. I didn't realize that they were twins. Are they identical?
BAMF! Way to go!
Amazing
lol best part: min 9:52ish, Sarah pauses her race, pans the camera and..."you know sasquatch lives out here"
So do mountain lions😮
I so want to do this Sara! I think I could use a crew there though!
Can anyone tell me the name of the muscle roller at 7.37 ?? A link would be brilliant! Thanks.
Advice on how to timestamp would be great, too, hahaha.
Roll Recovery R8
That place is beautiful if your on vacation instead. Like maybe you get it still but not relaxed and vacation mind.
Woah these sisters have like identical voices.
What are the song credits??
She made it look easy, just a little sweat and dirt.
It just occurred to me how much more fun it might be if runners ran in groups instead of chasing a clock.
