    Giancarlo can it be simply stated that if you opponent stacks you, you finish the triangle, and if they posture away you arm lock them? I've noticed recently that I have success in finishing the triangle even when they stack me, however I struggle to finish when they posture, forcing me to find an alternative attack.

      for standard front triangle from guard this is true. but there are other triangle variations where this concept overlaps.
