Actually Gaga's 80s stage name would just be Stefani or Americanized to Stephanie. Stefani (Stephanie) was like the 80's "it girl" name. Along with Tiffany, Heather, Jennifer, and Crystal. Freddy Mercury was still alive then, and since Radio Gaga wasn't that old of a song probably would have sued to keep Stefani from using "Gaga" as a stage name anyways.
